Selection Procedure-

Eligible candidates for the above posts will be required to appear in Written Examination. The minimum qualifying marks in Written Examination will be determined based on 50 percentile score (for UR Category) and 40 percentile score (for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL) & PWD candidates. Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for Skill Test / Trade Test in the ratio of 1:3. Skill Test / Trade Test will be only qualifying in nature and the final merit list of candidates who qualify the Skill Test / Trade Test will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination only.

The written test will comprise of a total 100 questions which are to be attempted in 90 mins. The test will consist of 50 questions for post related relevant subject. Training & Probation-

There will be training and probation for one year for Operator cum Technician Boiler post, and for two years for the post of Operator cum Technician Trainee, and Attendant cum Technician Trainee’s post. After successful completion of training, they will be regularised.

Salary/ Emoluments-

During the training period the salary/stipend will vary from Rs.10700 to Rs.12000 per month. After successfully completion of training and confirmation the total gross salary will be approx. Rs.24000 per month including all different government allowances.
