Selection Procedure for Indian Oil Apprentice 2022-

  • Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test (Duration 90 Minutes) and meeting notified eligibility criteria.
  • The Written Test will comprise of 100 questions with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) consisting of four option with one correct option. The questions would be in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi.
  • The written test will assess the candidates on the following parameters:-

  • Trade Apprentice Accountant ·
  •  Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude – 30 Marks
     Reasoning Abilities – 30 Marks
     Basic English language Skills – 40 Marks
  • Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator) ·

  • The candidates will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in written test to qualify for selection process. The minimum qualifying marks shall be 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions.
  • Candidates selected as apprentices will have to fulfill the minimum physical fitness standard / parameters as specified in the Apprentice Act and amendments / modification issued from time to time. Only those candidates declared fit in pre-engagement medical and physical fitness shall be considered for engaging as apprentice.

Apprenticeship Period:-

Period of Apprenticeship Training 1. 12 Months for all disciplines except Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices) & Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders) will be having 15 Months training.

Stipend-

Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 / Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.

Selection Procedure for SBI PO Recruitment 2022-

PHASE I – Preliminary Exam

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

PHASE II – Mains Exam

Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after completion of the Objective Test

(i) Objective Test: The objective test of 3 hours duration consists of 4 Sections for total 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.

Phase – III: Group Exercises (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)

Category wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Main Examination. Candidates numbering up to 3 times (approximately) of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Group Exercise & Interview from the top of the merit list subject to a candidate scoring minimum qualifying score in aggregate

Final Selection:-

Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in Objective Test and Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in GE & Interview (Phase-III) for preparing the final merit list. The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.

Marks secured by the candidates in the Main Examination (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Main Examination and Group Exercises & Interview out of 100. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Salary for SBI PO Recruitment 2022-

Presently, the starting basic pay is Rs.41960/– , The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

The total compensation per annum on CTC basis be a minimum of Rs. 8.20 lacs and maximum of Rs.13.08 lacs depending on place of posting and other factors.

Selection Procedure for FCI Recruitment 2022-

The selection Process consist of two phase exams and last round of interview.

Phase I exam is online objective exam of 1 hour and 100 marks. This exam is common for all the posts, and it consists of 4 sections namely, English language , Quantitative Aptitude, General Studies & Reasoning. The Phase I exam is qualifying in nature, and it’s score will not be counted in final selection.

Phase II exam structure is different with different subjects for all the different posts. Please read the official FCI Recruitment Notification 2022 carefully to understand the same.

Interview will be conducted for the candidates shortlisted on the basis of the scores obtained in Phase II. For the final merit list, Phase II is given 90% weightage & 10% weightage is for interview.

Salary for FCI Manager Recruitment 2022-

For the post of Junior Engineer will be Rs.34000 and for Steno Grade II and Assistant Grade III it will be Rs.28200 per month. candidates will be selected as Trainee and will undergo training for six months. Only consolidated stipend will be paid to them at above rate per month during the training period.
