RBI Assistant Recruitment Notification 2019 is out..!! Reserve Bank of India has released notification for the post of Assistant. Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates before 24th January 2020.

Eligibility :-
Age Limit :-
20 to 28 years
Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be there.
Age relaxation for PWD / Ex-servicemen as per government guidelines.
Educational Qualification :-
Any Graduation/Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 50% marks ( Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates)

Selection Procedure-
Selection process is divided in three phases as below –
PHASE I – Preliminary Exam
Exam will take place tentatively on 14th / 15th February 2020 (Tentative)

Negative Marking – 1/4th or 0.25 marks
There will be sectional cut offs and overall cutoffs , so scoring high in one or two particular sections will not be enough. You need to perform well in every section at least till the cut off level.

Preliminary exam is just elimination round to get selected further for mains. Only the people who clear Pre exam round will get shortlisted for the next round of mains exam. The list of shortlisted candidate will be available on the website, and only these candidates will get the call letter/admit card for the mains.
Scores obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted further.

PHASE II – Mains Examination
The mains exam format is unchanged, and it is exactly similar to what it was last year.
Exam will be conducted in the month of March 2020

PHASE III -Language Proficiency Test ( LPT)-
Candidates provisionally shortlisted after mains examination, need to undergo Language Proficiency Test, and of the Respective State’s Official/Local Language, And they must qualify in LPT to be considered for final Selection.
Final Selection and Merit List will be made on the basis of marks obtained in Mains Examination.

Salary/ Emoluments-
Basic Pay Rs.14650/- per month, Initial gross salary is approximately Rs.36091 per month along with all different government allowances as per norms.
