DRDO MTS Recruitment 2019 is out..!! Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is working under Ministry of Defence, Government of India and is responsible for Research & Development of state-of-the-art battlefields systems required by Nation’s forces viz. Army, Navy & Air Force. DRDO invites online applications from the desirous & eligible candidates to fill up the vacant posts of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), General Central service Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Ministerial post.

Eligibility :-

Age Limit :-

18 to 25 years

Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be there.

Age relaxation for PWD / Ex-servicemen as per government guidelines.

Educational Qualification :-

10th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) pass.

Selection Procedure-

Selection process consists of Tier I ( Screening Test) and Tier II ( Final Selection Test).  Both the tests are Objective Type/ multiple choice test. And there is no negative marking for the wrong attempts.

Candidates will be shortlisted for appearing in Tier-II based on Tier-I examination merit in a ratio of 1:10.

Salary/ Emoluments-

Pay matrix Level-1 (Rs 18000-56900) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits/allowances as per extant Govt. of India rules. and other benefits include dearness allowance, house rent allowance, transport allowance, children education

allowance, leave travel concession, medical facilities, CSD facility and other allowances/advances as per extant Govt. of India rules. The recruited candidates will be covered under National Pension System (NPS) of the government unless provided otherwise as per extant Govt. of India rules.

Candidates must give his/her preferences for posting to various stations related to the post code in his/her application. The preference of posting to stations once given by the candidate will be treated as final and irreversible. Subsequent request for change in preference will not be entertained under any circumstances/ reasons.
