How To Write A Cover Letter

In this blog we are going to discuss How to Write a Cover Letter for Job Application. So whether you are fresher or experienced this is surely going to help you a lot.

But before that we must know, the importance of cover letter in any job application and what exactly is meant by cover letter.

Importance of Cover Letter

We have seen many times , job applicants simply send a blank e-mail along with their CV or Resume, and nothing written in the body of the email. And many times if anything is written, then it is some copied text of 2-3 lines, which may not be impressive enough to prompt the HR or concerned person to check your resume further.

So, some text, and most importantly valid and interesting message must be conveyed in the content of the email which you ae sending along with the resume/CV attachment.

A good cover letter content will boost your chances of getting noticed in a crowd and further getting a call for interview.

What is a cover letter

Typically, a cover letter’s format is two or three short paragraphs which includes information like why you are applying for the position, a brief overview or introduction of your professional background and what makes you uniquely qualified for the job.

A one page Cover letter can be attached separately along with your CV or Resume, but nowadays it is included in the body of the email.

To make the things easy to understand, we are sharing our video in which we have discussed cover letter, with few sample templates of cover letter for experienced as well as fresher candidates. You can even use the similar format of cover letter while applying for internships as well.
