Indian Railways has released it’s notification CEN 02/2019 for the recruitment of Paramedical staff across different RRBs all over India. There are total 1937 vacant posts all over India, while in RRB Mumbai, there are total 232 vacancies.

Eligibility –
Details like Age Limit and Educational Qualification required for different posts and Salary details are mentioned in below table.
( Note – Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST category will be there. PWD and Ex-servicemen candidates will get age relaxation as per government norms)

Application Fees – Rs. 500 ( Rs. 400 will be refunded from this after the candidate appears for Phase 1.
Application fees for SC / ST / PWD is Rs.250 , and entire amount refundable after appearing for Phase 1.
For any correction after submission of the form, candidate need to pay Rs.250 again for the correction. So, Please fill up the form carefully.

- Candidate Photograph in Color: JPEG image of size 20KB to 50KB
- Candidate Signature: JPEG image of size 10KB to 40KB
- . SC/ST Certificate (Only for candidates seeking Free Travel Pass): JPEG image of size 50 to 100KB ( Please note, only SC / ST candidates need to upload caste certificate , while applying. )
- Scribe Photo (wherever applicable): JPEG image of size 20 KB to 50 KB
Selection Process –
The selection process includes only single phase computer based test ( CBT ), However RRB reserves the right to conduct additional CBTs if considered necessary for all or for a limited number of candidates as may be deemed fit by RRBs. CBT will be followed by document verification and medical tests, after phase 1 results and before the final shortlisting of candidates.

There shall be negative marking in CBT (Computer Based Test/Examination) and marks shall be
deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question.

Shortlisting of candidates for Document Verification and empanelment will be made strictly on
merit based on the performance of the candidate in the CBT subject to securing minimum qualifying
marks prescribed for their communities. Minimum qualifying mark prescribed for UR/EWS is 40%,
OBC & SC is 30% and ST is 25%. If sufficient candidates for PwBD are not available 2 marks
relaxation in minimum qualifying marks will be given.
