NPCIL Recruitment Notification 2021 is out..!! NPCIL invites applications from eligible candidates for the following posts at “Tarapur Maharashtra Site” to share the challenging spectrum of responsibilities.
Post :- Scientific Assistant-C / Leading Fireman/A / Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum Fireman /A / Assistant Grade I ( HR/ F & A/C & MM) / Stenographer Grade I

Eligibility for NPCIL Recruitment 2021 :-
Age Limit :-
Scientific Assistant / c – 18 to 35 years
Leading Fireman/A – 18 to 32 years
Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum Fireman /A- 18 to 27 years
Assistant Grade I ( HR/ F & A/C & MM) / Stenographer Grade I – 21 to 28 years
Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Age relaxation for PWD or ex-servicemen candidates will be as per government norms.
Educational Qualification :-
Scientific Assistant/C (Safety Supervisor) – 1. Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with minimum 50% marks 2. One year Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety. 3. Minimum 4 years of Industrial experience in relevant field after obtaining requisite qualification
Leading Fireman/A – (i) HSC (10+2) Science with Chemistry or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks. Experience as a Fireman in a well established Fire Service Organization. Persons having Certificate Course from State Fire Training Centre and valid Heavy Vehicle driving license will be given preference. 8 years experience in well established Fire Service Organizations as Fireman/Driver-Cum-Operator. (ii) Sub Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College Persons having valid Heavy Vehicle driving license will be given preference. 7 years experience in well established Fire Service Organizations as Fireman/Driver-Cum-Operator.
Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum Fireman /A- HSC (10+2) Science with Chemistry or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks Plus valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with minimum one year driving experience Plus Certificate Course in Fire Fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguisher etc. from the State Fire Training Centres.
Assistant Grade I ( HR)- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks.
Typewriting test : 30 words per minute typing speed in English on PC.
Assistant Grade I ( F & A) – A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 50% marks.
Computer Proficiency Test- Should have passed a Certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows Operating System and Desktop application such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), e-mail management and internet surfing. However, this will not apply to the candidates who have studied computer science/computer application as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum.
Assistant Grade I ( C & MM) – A Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) or Commerce with minimum 50% of marks.
Computer Proficiency Test- Should have passed a Certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows Operating System and Desktop application such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), e-mail management and internet surfing. However, this will not apply to the candidates who have studied computer science/computer application as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum
Stenographer Grade I – A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with minimum 50% marks.
Essential Requirement for Skill Test 1.Stenography test : A speed of 80 words per minutes in English Stenography. 2. Typewriting test : A speed of 40 words per minutes in English Typing on PC. Preference will be given to those candidates who possess knowledge of Hindi Typing/Hindi Stenography. 3. Computer Proficiency Test Should have passed a certificate course of a duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows Operating System and Desktop application such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), email management and internet surfing. However, this will not apply to the candidates who have studied computer science/computer application as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum)

Selection Procedure for NPCIL Recruitment 2021-
Selection process have different stages depending on the post you are applying for.
For Leading Fireman/A and Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum-Fireman/A Posts there is physical test followed by two stages of written examination based on Maths, General Knowledge, English or Science etc.
For all other posts , there are two stages of written examination followed by skill test depending on the post requirement.

Salary for NPCIL Recruitment 2021-
- Scientific Assistant / c – Initial pay of Rs. 44,900/- in Level – 7 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016
- Leading Fireman/A – Initial pay of Rs. 25,500/- in Level – 4 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016
- Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum Fireman /A- Initial pay of Rs. 21,700/- in Level – 3 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016
- Assistant Grade I ( HR/ F & A/C & MM) / Stenographer Grade I – Initial pay of Rs. 25,500/- in Level – 4 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016
