Eligibility –
Age limit – 18 to 24 years
(3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 years relaxation for SC /ST candidates.)
Educational Qualification –
Secretarial Assistant – BA
Accoutant – Bcom
Trade Apprentice ( Technical ) – ITI ( Fitter) , BSc(PCM or Industrial Chemistry ) or Diploma in Engineering ( Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical / Instrumentation /electronics / petrochemical )
Candidates with higher than required qualification like BE, BTech , MCA or MBA etc are requested not to apply.

Candidates need to select the refinery location and their desired trade ( based on their qualification carefully )
Selection Process –
Selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in written test of 2 hours based on aptitude and technical knowledge followed by interview and document verification.
Weightage for written test and interview is 85% and 15 % respectively.
Apprentice Period – Apprentice period will differ from 12 to 24 months depending on different post.
