Selection Process for IDBI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023-

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.
The above mentioned selection process are indicative and Bank is at liberty to alter/ amend/ modify the same at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Salary for IDBI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023

After joining the Bank’s services as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’, the extant Basic Pay currently applicable to Assistant Managers in Grade A is Rs.36,000/- per month in the pay scale of 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740(2)–49910–1990(7)-63840(17 years). Candidates should note that the pay scales, allowances, reimbursements, perquisites and other terms subsisting at the time of joining and as may be modified / amended / revised from time to time would be applicable as per rules in force from time to time.

The selection process for the post of Executive will comprise of an Online Test. The structure of the Examination is as follows:

If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

The applicants, who are successful in the online test, would be called for a document verification and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test. The number of applicants called for document verification and pre-recruitment medical test will also be at the discretion of IDBI Bank.

Applicants qualifying both in the online test and declared fit in the pre-recruitment medical test shall be considered for final shortlisting. Reference for medical test does not imply final selection, which may please be noted.

The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on applicant’s marks in the online test, being found medically fit and subject to fulfilment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement.

Salary for IDBI Executive Recruitment 2022

The appointment of Executive will be on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be reviewed for extension on yearto-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-learning certifications and availability of vacancies. On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank.

The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as per the following chart: Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year, Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year and Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service.

IDBI Bank has entered into a MoU with Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (MGES), Bengaluru to provide training in Banking and Finance to prospective candidates aspiring to join IDBI Bank as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’. IDBI Bank invites applications from young, dynamic graduates for admissions to Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru for 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprising of 9 months of classroom studies at MGES, Bengaluru and 3 months Internship at IDBI Bank’s Branches. After the successful completion of the course, the candidates will be awarded PGDBF from Manipal University and will be inducted into IDBI Bank as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as stated in this advertisement.

There will be negative marking of 1/4th or 0.25 marks for each wrong answers in Objective Test.

Final Selection –

Sufficient number of candidates will be called for the round of interview based on their performance in online test. And final selection will be done on the basis of combined score of online test & Personal Interview, after the medical fitness test.

Bank will decide the minimum cut-off marks for each subject as well as Total Score. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each subject and also a minimum total score as decided by Bank to be considered for Interview.

Course Fee:-

Course Fee – Rs. 350000.00 + applicable Taxes

Apart from the above course fees, the exam fees for  undergoing various Certification exams as mandated under the course will have to be borne additionally by the candidates, as per the fees charged by respective body/organizations.

Education loan option is made available by IDBI bank for fees.

Stipend-

(during the training): During the Training Period (9 Months)-Rs. 2,500/- per month

During the Internship Period (3 Months)-Rs.10,000/-per month.

Agreement / Service Bond:

The selected candidates at the time of joining the course have to execute an Agreement / Security Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of joining the Bank as Probationary Officer upon successful completion of the PGDBF course. In the event of candidate abandoning, absconding or resigning the services of the Bank before completion of three years, he / she shall be liable to compensate the Bank with an amount of Rs. 200000 (Rupees two lakh only]. Also in such event, in case the candidate has availed Educational Loan from the Bank towards payment of Course Fee, the same has to be repaid fully with upto date

SALARY & EMOLUMENTS AFTER JOINING THE BANK ON SUCCESSFUL
COMPLETION OF PGDBF COURSE:

Basic Pay – Rs. 23,700 per month, gross salary would be approx Rs.42000 p.m.
