IDBI Manager Recruitment 2023 is out…!! IDBI Bank has released notification for the position of Junior Assistant Manager. Eligible candidates are requested apply before the last date as per the format given in the official notification.

Post –  Junior Assistant Manager (800) & Executive (Sales and Operations)(1300)

No of Vacancies – 2100

Eligibility for IDBI Manager Recruitment 2023 –

Age limit –

20 to 25 years

3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates will be there. (Age relaxation for PWD or Ex-servicemen will be there as per government norms)

Educational Qualification

A degree of a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 60%

Selection Process for IDBI Manager Recruitment 2023-

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.
The above mentioned selection process are indicative and Bank is at liberty to alter/ amend/ modify the same at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Salary for IDBI Manager Recruitment 2023

For Junior Manager – On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining

 The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under:
Consolidatedremuneration
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
Note: The appointment is purely contractual in nature for executives

Salary for IDBI Junior Manager Recruitment 2023

i) Stipend – During the Training Period (6 Months) – Rs.5,000/- per month; during the Internship Period (2 Months) – Rs.15,000/- per month. The Bank  reserve the right to recover the stipend from the candidates who exit during the course or prior to joining the Bank’s service. Subsequent to the completion of the 8 months (Training + Internship) and subject to successful completion of the PGDBF course candidates will be absorbed in the Bank and shall be posted as an OJT for an initial period of 4 months at any of the Bank’s branches/offices as per requirement.
ii) After joining the Bank’s services as Junior Assistant Manager -JAM (Grade ‘O’) and subject to successful completion of the PGDBF course, compensation (CTC) would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
