SBI PO Recruitment 2021 Notification is announced..!! State Bank of India has invited application from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Probationary Officers for 2021-22. The details are as below.

Educational Qualification –

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.

Age limit

21 to 30 years ( for General Category)
21 to 33 years ( for OBC )
21 to 35 years ( for SC/ST )

Passport photograph scan– Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
Size of file should be between 20kb–50kb

Signature Scan– Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred).

The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb.

Selection Procedure for SBI PO Recruitment 2021-

PHASE I – Preliminary Exam

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

Negative Marking – 1/4^th or 0.25 of allotted marks.

Preliminary exam is just elimination round to get selected further for mains There are no sectional cut offs & approx. 20000 candidates will be shortlisted further for mains. The list of shortlisted candidate will be available on the website, and only these candidates will get the call letter/admit card for the mains.

Scores obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted further.

PHASE II – Mains Exam

Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after completion of the Objective Test

(i) Objective Test: The objective test of 3 hours duration consists of 4 Sections for total 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.

(ii) Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with two questions for 50 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay).

Phase – III: Group Exercises (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)

Category wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Main Examination. Candidates numbering up to 3 times (approximately) of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Group Exercise & Interview from the top of the merit list subject to a candidate scoring minimum qualifying score in aggregate

Final Selection:-

Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in Objective Test and Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in GE & Interview (Phase-III) for preparing the final merit list. The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.

Marks secured by the candidates in the Main Examination (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Main Examination and Group Exercises & Interview out of 100. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Salary for SBI PO Recruitment 2021-

Presently, the starting basic pay is Rs.41960/– , The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

The total compensation per annum on CTC basis be a minimum of Rs. 8.20 lacs and maximum of Rs.13.08 lacs depending on place of posting and other factors.

Selection Procedure for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2021-

Candidates will be selected by IBPS through a selection process consisting of an online test (Preliminary and Main Examination) .

I. Preliminary Examination

The structure of the Preliminary Examination (objective type) which will be conducted online is as follows:

Chartered Accountant – Certified Associate from institute of chartered accountants of India. one year work experience as a chartered accountant.
Law Officer – Degree form recognized university in law or its equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate .and also have two years work experience as a advocate or worked as a law officer in banks or financial institution.
Agriculture Officer – Bachelor degree in agriculture/horticulture/dairy/animal husbandry/forestry/veterinary science/agriculture engineering from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Two year experience in relevant field.
Treasury Manager – Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
