Applications are invited in the prescribed format from Indian National, for the under mentioned ITI trades, who have passed Industrial Training Institute Examination from NCVT/SCVT affiliated institutes and possess the requisite educational qualification as mentioned against each trade for undergoing Apprenticeship Training at Hindustan Copper Limited, Khetri Copper Project under the Apprentices Act 1961.

Eligibility for Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2022:-

Age Limit :-

Upto 25 years.

A relaxation of 5 years is admissible for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer certificate) and 10 years for Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates in the upper age limit.

Educational Qualification :-

Passed 10th class exam & ITI exam in Electrician/Instrument Mechanic/Mechanic Diesel /Welder /Fitter /Turner /Draughtsman /Surveyer /Carpenter /Plumber /Building Constructor /Telecom Mechanic /Refridgerator & AC Mechanic

Selection Procedure for HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025-

The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit based on their marks obtained in ITI & 10th. A weightage of 30% to marks scored in relevant trade in ITI & a weightage of 70% shall be given to marks scored in 10th board. In case where no ITI is required [Like in the trades of Mate (Mines) & Blaster (Mines)], 100% weightage will be given to marks scored in 10th Board. Additional 10 bonus marks will be given to dependants of existing employees of HCL/KCC while deciding merit. If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing merit list, then the candidate of higher age will be considered.

Apprenticeship Period:- Apprenticeship period will be between 1 to 3 years depending on the post candidate is applying for.

Stipend – Stipend during apprenticeship period will be paid as admissible under the rules.

Selection Procedure for HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment-

Selection of candidates for engagement as Trade Apprentices shall be made through multiple choice written test of eligible shortlisted candidates. Company reserves the right to shortlist candidates for written test, if the number of applications for all or any trade is very large, in that case criteria to shortlist will be marks obtained in technical qualification. II. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of written test will have to confirm to the standards of physical fitness as prescribed for engagement as trade apprentices. III. No weightage shall be given for those with higher qualification. IV.
