DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (LIAISON – KARWAR OFFICE)- 01 VACANCY
Essential Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a recognised University / AICTE approved Institution with specialization in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering/ Naval Architecture / Electrical Engineering /Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering. Officers serving in Indian Navy/Coast Guard of the rank of Commander / Captains of Indian Navy or Officers of equivalent rank of Coast Guard can apply.
Desirable Qualification: Any higher Degree / Diploma / Certificate Course from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Project Management or MBA.
Essential Work Experience: The candidate should have minimum 13 years Post Qualification experience in ship building/Ship repair industry. Naval Candidate should have work experience in WOT / Design Directorate / Professional Directorate / Trial Agencies / Naval Dockyards and should not be below the rank of Commander of Indian Navy (or equivalent of Coast Guard) with minimum 13 years of service. Desirable Qualification: 2 years post graduate Diploma in Management / Certificate course from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in materials management / supply chain management/ logistics management / Operations Management / Public Procurement/Stores Management/ International Purchasing & Supply Chain Management / Certified Professional in Supply Management.

Essential Qualification & Experience: The applicant should have ITI and NCTVT or ITI in trade of Refrigeration and AC Mechanic with 02 years experience in the line or 02 years training in the respective trade in GSL.
Desirable: The candidate should possess National Certificate of Vocational Training from a recognized institute or a license authorizing him to handle refrigerators / A/Cs and installation, repairs, maintenance and commissioning of various types of refrigerators and A/Cs used in ships and off shores in a reputed shipbuilding industry or equivalent.

Essential Qualification & Experience: The applicant should possess SSC with ITI in Electrical trade and 02 years experience as Electrician in Electrical projects/maintenance.
Desirable: Candidate should be trained in Electrical trades from a recognized institute and should possess a National certificate of Vocational training or a license authorizing him to handle electrical equipment/installations. Wireman license issued by competent Authority i.e. Govt Licensing Board Govt of Goa. Adequate working knowledge of Konkani / Marathi along with Hindi & English.

Essential Qualification & Experience: The applicant should possess SSC And 02 years on the job training in GSL or minimum 02 years experience in the line.
NOTE: Candidates with lower qualifications (not below 8th class pass) will also be considered for this post provided they have put in additional service equivalent to the shortfall of SSLC qualifications i.e. for example an 8th class pass candidate should have experience of 2 years over and above the prescribed experience mentioned in the advertisement.

Essential Qualification & Experience: The applicant should possess SSC with 02 years training in the respective trade in GSL or 02 years experience in the line.
Desirable: He should have the knowledge of the following: (i) Voltage(ii) Current(iii) Power (iv) Energy(v) Difference between A.C. and D.C supply (vi) Conductors and insulators (vii) Testing the supply off & on, A.C. and D.C. (viii) Connection and diagrams for distribution and fuse board (ix) Wiring of fittings and other industrial appliances.
