Selection Process –

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/Examination and interview. The Online Test/Examination will be conducted in English. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time will be called for the Online test/ Examination, which will comprise the following:

  1. Online Test/Examination: 200 marks
  2. There shall be Negative Marking for wrong answers (0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer);
  3. Online Test question contents would be as under: Objective type of test.

There is negative marking of 1/4th or 0.25 marks. There will be sectional and overall cut offs for further shortlisting of candidates for interview.

Salary / Emoluments-

Consolidated pay of Rs.10,000/- p.m. during training period of six months. Thereafter on successful completion of training period the candidates will be placed on probation when Approximate Gross emoluments at the minimum scale of pay will be Rs.20,221/- (as on Feb, 2019) plus other allowances applicable such as Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, etc., and other benefits such as Contributory PF, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTA, etc.

  1. Group Discussion/ Psychometric test and Interview- 

The group discussion/psychometric test and interview is to asses candidate’s personality, their efficiency, communication skills and problem solving skills and innovativeness. Candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Interview based on their performance in Online Test. Minimum qualifying marks required for GD / PI would be 60 % ( 55 % for reserved category ).

Salary – 

If selected the salary will be upto Rs.51000 depending on the post on place of posting. There is a probation period of 1 year also. Please read the official notification carefully before applying.
