ESIC Maharashtra Recruitment 2022 is out…! EMPLOYEES’ STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION has invited applications for  different zones all over India. Out of which ESIC Maharashtra has total 594 vacancies for the post of Stenographer & Upper Divisional Clerk. The details are as follows.

Post – Stenographer & Upper Divisional Clerk ( UDC) & Multi Tasking Staff ( MTS)

No of Vacancies – 594

Eligibility for ESIC Maharashtra Recruitment 2022-

Age limit –

Stenographer  & UDC – 18 to 27 years

MTS – 18 to 25 years

3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates will be there. (Age relaxation for PWD or Ex-servicemen will be there as per government norms)

Educational Qualification

STENOGRAPHER:

  1. Higher Secondary Pass (pass in 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized board).
  2. A Speed of 80 words per minute in stenography in English/Hindi.
  3. Working knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.

UDC:

  1. A degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
  2. Working knowledge of computer including use of office suites and databases

MTS

  1. Matriculation/SSC from recongised board

  1. Photograph Scan Image :-

– Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.

–  Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

– Size of the file should be between 20kb – 50kb.

  1. Signature Scan Imaging

– The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink Pen

Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)

Size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb

 

  1. left thumb impression (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand starting from the forefinger should be taken).
  2. A hand written declaration (text given below) (Hand written declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.).

The text for the hand written declaration is as follows – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Selection procedure for ESIC Maharashtra Recruitment 2022–

A. For STENOGRAPHER –

Phase I – Main Examination

Phase II – Computer Skill Test & Stenography Test (Both Qualifying in Nature)

(a) Computer Skill Test (Qualifying in nature) comprising of following three parts: –

VH candidate will be required to transcribe the matter in 85 minutes for English Shorthand or in 95 minutes for Hindi Shorthand for the post of Stenographer.

B. For UPPER DIVISIONAL CLERK & Multi Tasking Staff

Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Qualifying in Nature)

Salary for ESIC Maharashtra Recruitment 2022 –

Stenographer & UDC – Starting salary will be Rs. 25500/-,  In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for DA, HRA and Transport Allowance and other allowances as per rules in force from time to time.

MTS – Starting salary will be Rs. 18000/-,  In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for DA, HRA and Transport Allowance and other allowances as per rules in force from time to time.

Salary /SCALE OF PAY

Steno & UDC Revised pay as per 7th Central Pay Commission for the post is Level- 4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) with Entry Pay Rs. 25500/-, replaced against Pay Band Rs. 5200- 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- of 6th Central Pay Commission. In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for DA, HRA and Transport Allowance and other allowances as per rules in force from time to time.
