ASSISTANT SECRETARY (IT) – upto 40 years
ANALYST (IT) – upto 35 years
JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR- upto 30 years
SENIOR ASSISTANT- upto 30 years
STENOGRAPHER- 27 years
ACCOUNTANT – 30 years
JUNIOR ASSISTANT – 27 years
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT- 27 years
Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be there.
Age relaxation for PWD / Ex-servicemen as per government guidelines.
Educational Qualification :-
ASSISTANT SECRETARY- Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University + work experience of 3 – 5 years in Central/State Govt or Reputed Private Organizations
Candidates with Master’s degree in Public Administration / Management & good working knowledge of English & Hindi would be preferred.
ASSISTANT SECRETARY (IT) – B.E./B.Tech (IT)/M.SC. (IT)/MCA from a recognized University/Institution & Working Experience in development of online applications, using dot net Technologies,SQL Server, Visual Basic dot net, C# dot net. Fox Pro.
ANALYST (IT) – B.E./B.Tech (IT)/M.SC. (IT)/MCA from a recognized University/Institution & 5 Years of working experience in development of online applications, using dot net Technologies, SQL Server, Visual Basic dot net, C# dot net, Fox Pro in reputed Institutions/organizations.
JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR- Master’s Degree of Recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree Level.
SENIOR ASSISTANT- Graduate from a Recognized University + Typing Speed of 40 w.p.m.or equivalent calculated speed on computer i.e. 12000 KDPH. + Knowledge of Computer such as Windows, MS Office, .net, handling of large database, Internet, HTML, Webpage Design.
STENOGRAPHER- Bachelor’s Degree from the recognized university/Institution.
Skill Test Norms:
Dictation :10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription :50 mts (Eng) 65 mts (Hindi) on computer.
ACCOUNTANT – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution with Commerce/Accounts as one of the subject. Candidates with work experience of minimum 2 years in Accounts & Audit in an Established Organization will be preferred.
JUNIOR ASSISTANT – 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. ii)A Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. or equivalent speed of 10500 KDPH in English or 30 w.p.m. or equivalent speed of 9000 KDPH in Hindi on Computer
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution with Commerce/Accounts as one of the subject. Candidates with 1 year Experience of Accounts & Audit in an Established Organization.

Selection Procedure-
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance Objective test.
The test will consists of General Awareness, Logical and Mathematical Ability & English. The weightage, difficulty level, marks distribution and duration will differ from post to post.
For the posts of Junior Assistant, Senior Assistant & Stenographer, there will be additional stage of Skill test like typing test, Dictation Test & Transcription test.

Salary/ Emoluments-
The basic monthly salary will vary from Rs.20000 to Rs.39100 plus all different government allowances as per norms.
