Post :- Project Engineer & Project Supervisor

The above posts are to be engaged on Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of two years to be posted at their PV-Project Sites anywhere in India .

Age Limit :-

upto 33 years

Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be there.

Age relaxation for PWD / Ex-servicemen as per government guidelines.

Educational Qualification :-

Project Engineer – BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from recognized Institute + 2 years relevant work experience
Project Supervisor – Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Institute + 1 years relevant work experience

Selection Procedure-

If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies, Personal Interviews shall be conducted for all the eligible candidates. However, if the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies, the number of candidates will be restricted for Personal Interview on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Qualifying examination [Degree/Diploma].

Salary/ Emoluments-

Project Engineer – 66,000/-per month + Reimbursement of premium for Mediclaim Policy of Rs. 2 lakhs for self and family members
Project Supervisor – 36850/-per month + Reimbursement of premium for Mediclaim Policy of Rs. 2 lakhs for self and family members

Engineer Trainee in (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical) – Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology or Five year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical or Electrical or Civil or Chemical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute

Executive Trainee in(HR)- Full time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University* with at least 60% marks in aggregate in all years With Two years full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/Social Work/Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare or HRM from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters.

Executive Trainee in(Finance) – Full time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University With Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountants from recognised Institutions in India

Selection Process-

Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Engineer/Executive Trainee will have to appear for a Computer Based Examination. Based on the Examination Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for Interview in order of merit in the ratio of 1:7to the number of vacancies in each discipline and Category. Physically Challenged candidates will be accorded upto 25% relaxation below the cut-off marks in their respective categories for being shortlisted for
The final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of 75% weightage to Examination Score & 25% weightage to Interview Stage.

TRAINING & EMOLUMENTS:

Candidates joining BHEL as Engineer/Executive Trainees will undergo training for one year. During training period, basic pay of Rs 50,000/- in the scale of pay of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-will be paid. After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/Executives in the scale of pay of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/-with a basic pay of Rs 60,000/-.Besides Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (Currently 10.0% of Basic Pay), Perks and other Allowances (31% of Basic Pay) and benefits such as Leave, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay, Uniform, Subsidized Canteen Facilities, Company’s accommodation or HRA etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules as applicable from time to time. The approximate CTC is Rs 12.0 Lakhs per annum for ETs.
