Post –
1. Upper Divisional Clerk –
No of Post – 47 , (Open -32/ ST-04/ OBC- 11)
Educational Qualification –
A Degree of recognized University or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks.
Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in typewriting in English.
Knowledge of Computer Data Processing
2. Stenographer-
No of post – 13, (Open – 05/SC-01/ST-01/OBC-06)
Educational Qualification –
Matriculation or Equivalent.
Speed of 80 words per minute in English stenography.
Typing speed in English of 30 words per minute.
Age Limit – (For Upper Divisional Clerk & Stenographer)
18 to 27 years (Open)
18 to 32 years (SC/ST)
18 to 30 years (OBC)

Selection Process –
1.Upper Divisional Clerk-
Level 1 Test – objective based test covering General English, General Knowledge, General intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude.
Level 2 Test – English Language and Comprehension (Descriptive written test)
Level 1 will be only qualifying exam / screening test to shortlist candidates for level 2 main exam.
Minimum qualifying standards for level 1 for general candidates will be 50% aggregate and for OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates will be 40% aggregate.
2. Stenographer Grade-III
Level 1 Test – objective based test covering General English, General Knowledge, General intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude.
Level 2 Test – Stenographer Skill test.
The Criteria for empanelment will be based on the performance in Level 1 and Level 2. Minimum qualifying standards for level 1 for General Candidates will be 50% aggregate and for OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates will be 40%.
Salary / Emoluments-
Rs. 25000 plus usual allowance as admissible to Central Government Employees for Upper Divisional Clerk And Stenographer
