Eligibility Criteria –

A. Age limit –

Minimum 21 Years , Maximum 35 Years ( depending on different Posts)

Age relaxation for SC/ST 5 Years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3  Years, PWD 10 Years,

B. Educational Qualification-:

  1. Legal –  LLB with minimum 3 to 5 years experience
  2. Wealth Management Services ( Sales) – MBA/PGDM in Sales/Retail/Marketing with minimum 3 to 4 years  related work experience
  3.  Wealth Management Services ( Operations) – MBA / PGDM in Sales/Finance/marketing/Retail with minimum 3 to 5 years related work experience

Selection Procedure – 

  1. Online Test-

There is a penalty of 1/4th or 0.25 of the allotted marks for each wrong answer.

  1. Group Discussion/ Psychometric test and Interview- 

The group discussion/psychometric test and interview is to asses candidate’s personality, their efficiency, communication skills and problem solving skills and innovativeness. Candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Interview based on their performance in Online Test. Minimum qualifying marks required for GD / PI would be 60 % ( 55 % for reserved category ).

Salary – 

If selected the salary will be upto Rs.51000 depending on the post on place of posting. There is a probation period of 1 year also. Please read the official notification carefully before applying.
