Eligibility Criteria for NPCIL Assistant Recruitment 2024 – 

Educational Qualification–

Any bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% from recognised univeristy or institute.

21 to 28 years

Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC / ST category will be valid as per the government norms.

Selection Process for NPCIL Assistant Recruitment 2024–

Selection of the candidates will be based on the following.

1. Written Examination
2. Typewriting test on PC
3. computer proficiency test

Written Examination–

Stage-1- Preliminary Test (1 Hour Duration)
Stage-2- Advanced Test (2 Hours Duration).

Preliminary test will comprise of 50 multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) of 01 (one) hour
duration in the following proportion:
i General Knowledge & Current Affairs 25 Questions
ii Computer Knowledge 145Questions
ii English 10 Questions

(b) 03 (Three) marks to be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each
incorrect answer

Advanced test will comprise of 50 multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) of 2 hour
duration in the following proportion:
i Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions
ii Critical reasoning –  25 Questions

(b) 03 (Three) marks to be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each
incorrect answer

Both the test will be conducted on the same day with a break of 30 mins in between.

Based on  the scores of stage 2, candidates will be shortlisted for the further skill tests i.e. typewriting and computer proficiency test later.

Salary / Emoluments–

if the candidates are considered for the permanent posting depending on their performance, they will be given  basic salary Rs. 25500 per month, gross monthly salary will be Rs.38250 including with all permissible allowances.
