IBPS RRB Recruitment 2023 is announced…!! IBPS has released notification for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks across India. Applications are invited from eligible candidates. All the relevant recruitment process details are shared below.

Eligibility for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2023
Age Limit –
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – 18 to 28 years
Officer Scale – I (Assistant Manager) – 18 to 30 years
Officer Scale – II (Manager) – 21 to 32 years
Officer Scale – III (Senior Manager) – 21 to 40 years
Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Age relaxation for PWD and ex-servicemen candidates is available as per government norms,
Educational Qualification –
Officer Scale – III (Senior Manager) -Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. He/she should have minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
Officer Scale – II General Banking Officer (Manager) – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. He/she should have minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
Officer Scale – II (Specialist Officer) (Manager)-
- I.T Officer – Bachelors Degree from a recognized university in electronics/communication/computer science/information Technology with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. One Year experience in relevant field.
- Chartered Accountant – Certified Associate from institute of chartered accountants of India. one year work experience as a chartered accountant.
- Law Officer – Degree form recognized university in law or its equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate .and also have two years work experience as a advocate or worked as a law officer in banks or financial institution.
- Agriculture Officer – Bachelor degree in agriculture/horticulture/dairy/animal husbandry/forestry/veterinary science/agriculture engineering from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Two year experience in relevant field.
- Treasury Manager – Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Officer Scale – I (Assistant Manager) – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisci culture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy Proficiency in local Language. working knowledge of computers.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent. proficiency in local language. also have working knowledge of computers.

There will be Negative Marking of 1/4th or 0.25 for each wrong answer.
Phase III – Interview –
Interview will be conducted for candidates shortlisted depending on the performance of mains exam only. Interview will be conducted only for officer scale (I,II and III) in November 2023.
