Selection Procedure for HURL Recruitment 2020-

The Graduate Engineers from the relevant disciplines should have appeared in GATE-2019 in the relevant discipline. On the basis of GATE-2019 score, the candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process comprising of:

1. Behavioural Test
2. Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT)
3. Personal Interaction (PI) for assessment of different facets of knowledge, skills etc.

Candidates have to essentially qualify in the GATE-2019 examination. In addition, candidates will have to separately qualify in Behavioural Test, Group Discussion (GD)/ Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) successfully for being adjudged as suitable for selection. Final merit will be prepared based on GATE-2019 score and scores obtained by the candidates in Behavioural Test, Group Discussion (GD)/ Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI)taken together. Merit will be prepared discipline-wise. G. The Offer of Appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on requirement.

Probation Period:-

Selected candidates will be appointed as Engineers on probation basisfor a period of 1 year and shall have to attend any training program provided by company.

Service Agreement Bond-

The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to serve the organization for at least three years. The amount of the bond is ₹ 2,50,000/-

Salary/ Emoluments for HURL Recruitment 2020-

Candidates will be placed in the L1 level with starting annual CTC of Rs.700000/-.Candidates will be eligible for annual increment and Performance linked increment. The company provides medical insurance cover to its employees and dependent family members over and above CTC
