Post – Management trainee/ Assistant Engineer / Accountant/ Superintendent/ Hindi Translator

Eligibility –

Age limit – 18 to 28 years

Educational Qualification –

Management Trainee (General -30 vacancies) –

Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration,Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognised University/Institutions

Management Trainee (Technical- 1 vacancy) –

1st class Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with Entomology or Micro-Biology or Bio-Chemistry OR 1st class Post Graduate in Bio-Chemistry OR Zoology with Entomology from recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to those who also possess Post Graduate Diploma in Warehousing and Cold chain Management/ Quality Management from recognised University/Institution

Assistant Engineer (Civil- 18 vacancies ) –

A Degree in Civil Engineering

Assistant Engineer (Electrical – 10 vacancies) –

A Degree in Electrical Engineering

Accountant ( 28 vacancies) –

B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about three years’ experience in Maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial / Commercial /Departmental Undertakings. + 3 years work experience

Superintendent ( General – 88 vacancies ) –

Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution

Junior Superintendent ( 155 vacancies ) –

Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution

Hindi Translator ( 3 vacancies ) –

Master’s degree of a recognised University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level;Or Master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of Instructions and examination with English as a compulsory subject at the degree level Or Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subject or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a main subject plus recognised Diploma/Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government Offices including Government of India Undertakings

Mode of Application – Online

Application Fees – Rs.1000 ( Rs.300 for SC/ST/PWD / Ex -servicemen)

Just like IBPS exams, candidate will need to upload Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression and Hand Written declaration ( please refer to page no.18 of official notification for details )

Selection Process –

Selection will be on the basis of online test. The online test will consist of Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and General Awareness ( and Professional Knowledge for Management cadre posts) . Negative marking of 1/4^th of allotted marks will be there. There will be sectional and overall cut offs for further shortlisting of the candidates.

The number of questions and total time duration will differ from post to post. Please check Page no . 9 of official notification for the details of test structure and syllabus.

There are no interview for the clerical cadre posts. For Officer/Management cadre posts interview will be there and their selection will be based on combined score of Online tests and Interview.

Salary / Emoluments-

The initial basic pay ranges from Rs.28000 to Rs.54000 depending on different posts , allowances like CA, HRA etc will be paid separately.
