Selection process include a written test consisting four sections, Numerical Aptitude, General Intelligence & Reasoning , General Awareness & English Language. It will be 100 mark test with 25 questions / Marks allotted to each section. Candidates will be shortlisted further based on their performance in the written test.

And candidates who are eligible for more than one posts depending on the their application and merit of CBT-1, will have to give different CBT-2 for the respective posts on different days.

(C) .Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)-
(Only for candidates who have opted for Traffic Assistant and Station Master)
Qualifying marks: The candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify. This is applicable to all candidates irrespective of community or category i.e. irrespective of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex SM and no relaxation in the minimum T- Score is permissible.
(D) Typing Skill Test (TST):-
For the posts Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Time Keeper, Typing Skill Test (TST) of qualifying nature (marks obtained in typing skill test shall not be added for making merit) shall be conducted for which the number of candidates equal to eight times the number of vacancies for each of the community shall be called for. The candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.

Level 1 Test – objective based test covering General English, General Knowledge, General intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude.
Level 2 Test – English Language and Comprehension (Descriptive written test)
Level 1 will be only qualifying exam / screening test to shortlist candidates for level 2 main exam.
Minimum qualifying standards for level 1 for general candidates will be 50% aggregate and for OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates will be 40% aggregate.
2. Stenographer Grade-III
Level 1 Test – objective based test covering General English, General Knowledge, General intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude.
Level 2 Test – Stenographer Skill test.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd Invites Application from Graduate Engineers for the post of Junior Telecom Officer (Civil) and Junior Telecom officer (Electrical).

First of all the interested candidate must possess the educational qualification BE/B.Tech. or equivalent in Civil Engineering for JTO(civil) & Electrical Engineering for JTO(Electrical) from recognized university and require to appear in GATE exam 2019 opting one paper from selected two disciplines of GATE Paper codes i.e Electrical (EE) & Civil (CE).
Secondly, the interested candidates shall have to register themselves further with GATE Registration ID (13 Digit) with GATE paper codes i.e Electrical (EE) & Civil (CE) through www.bsnl.co.in
During the registration with BSNL, candidates shall have to choose a particular circle, where he/she would serve in case of appointment in BSNL. Multiple circle registration is not allowed.
Accordingly, on declaration of GATE 2019 result, the circle wise merit list will be prepared based on the GATE score -2019 and available vacancy of the circle
BSNL shall not conduct any further Examination/Interview etc. for the selection of the candidates for the recruitment of Direct JTO(Civil) & JTO(Electrical) in BSNL.
Bond and Training-
Candidate selected shall execute a bond in the format as specified by the company to serve in BSNL for a period of five years from the date of their appointment.
Salary / Emoluments-

CONTRACT PERIOD
a) Junior Technical Officer will be engaged for a period of one year.
b) Jr. Consultant (Field Operation, Gr-II) will be engaged for a period of six months and can be extendable up to six months or more depending upon the project requirements.
The selection will be based on performance in interview for Jr.Technical Officer on contract & Written test for Jr. Consultant (Field Operation, Gr-II) on contract. However, preference will be given to the candidates with minimum 6 months post qualification Industrial Experience. ECIL reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify the vacancies notified/recruitment process if need so arises, without assigning any reason.
