Selection Process for New India Assurance Recruitment 2024

 Phase I – Preliminary Examination

Preliminary examination consisting of objective test for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections as follows.

Phase II – Mains Examination

  1. Descriptive Test:- The descriptive test of 30 min duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language ( Letter Writing- 10 marks & Essay -20 Marks). The Descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through online mode.

 

Phase III – REGIONAL LANGUAGE TEST

Candidates shortlisted in the online Main Examination will subsequently be called for Regional Language Test(Marathi for recruitment in Maharashtra) to be conducted by the Company, at select centres. The name and address of the Centre, time & date of this test will be informed to the shortlisted candidates on our website. Candidates applying for vacancy under State / UT other than their domiciled State / UT, have to appear and qualify the Regional Language Test in the language of State / UT for which they have applied. Candidates are required to download their call letters for the Regional Language Test from the Company’s website. Please note that any request regarding change in date, time, centre etc. will not be entertained. However, the Company reserves the right to change the date / time / venue / centre etc. of this test or hold a supplementary process for particular date / session / venue / centre / set of candidates at its discretion, under unforeseen circumstances, if any. The Regional Language Test will be of qualifying nature only. No Scores will be allotted for the same.

 

 

Salary for New India Assurance Recruitment 2024

Emoluments : Total emoluments works out to approximately Rs.37,000/- p.m. in the initial stage in a Metro city. Other allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting. Apart from allowances, other benefits such as Lump Sum Domiciliary Medical Benefits, Membership of Group Mediclaim Policy for reimbursement of Hospitalization expenses, Leave Travel Subsidy and other Staff welfare schemes would be as per the rules of the Company.

The selection process includes, computer based tests at Phase -1 and Phase – 2 followed phase 3 and by document verification and medical tests, wherever applicable.

the exam is common for all the posts.

2.General Intelligence and Reasoning :

Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.

3.General Awareness :

Knowledge of Current affairs, Indian geography, culture and history of India including freedom struggle, Indian Polity and constitution, Indian Economy, Environmental issues concerning India and the World, Sports, General scientific and technological developments etc.

4.General Science :

Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences (up to 10th Standard CBSE syllabus)

 

Phase – 2 – CBT

CBT will be in two parts , A and B.

part A will be aptitude test of mathematics, english, reasoning and general awareness like CBT 1, part B will the test based on the selected trade.

Part A will be of 90 minutes with 100 questions with 100 marks

Part B will be 60 minutes with 75 questions and 75 marks

there will be 1/3rd negative marking for each wrong answer.

The section wise distribution given in the above table is only indicative and there may be some variations in the actual question papers.

Phase 3

CBAT – Computer Based Aptitude test will be conducted for the candidates shortlisted on the basis of trheir performance in Phase2.

 

Phase 4

Phase 4 will be of document verification for the selected candidates. Candidates are selected for phase 4 on the basis of their score in Phase 2 ( part A) (70% weightage) and phase 3 (30% weightage).

Salary for Assistant Loco Pilot  –

Basic salary is Rs.19900, The gross remuneration will be approx. Rs.35400 per month

Selection Procedure for Mahadiscom Engineer Recruitment 2024-

The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the online test and valid GATE score obtained in the last three years i.e. GATE- 2021, GATE-2022 & GATE – 2023 by giving 90% weightage to the online test & 10% weightage to the GATE score.

If candidates want to take benefit of 10% weightage of GATE score, candidates must have qualified in the GATE examination from one of the following disciplines:
i. Electrical Engineering (GATE code: EE)
ii. Civil Engineering (GATE code: CE)
Qualifying in GATE exam from other disciplines shall not be accepted for taking benefit of GATE Score.  The candidates do not possessing GATE score will also be eligible to apply. All candidates will have to appear for online test.
If a candidate has given GATE exam in the year 2021, year 2022 & year 2023 then he/she will mention only the qualified score in the application (not marks) in either year. The candidates will have to appear for the online test and at his/her own cost. The selection of these posts will be done through online examination as was always conducted by MSEDCL and not through gate score of the candidates.

Selection Procedure for Indian Oil Apprentice Recruitment 2024-

  • Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test (Duration 90 Minutes) and meeting notified eligibility criteria.

Salary for National Insurance Recruitment 2024

The starting Basic pay would be Rs. 50,925 /- in the scale of Rs.50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and such other allowances as may be admissible under the rules in force from time to time in the company. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 85,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension scheme governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment.
