Selection Procedure –

The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2024, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

Eligible candidates will have to appear for the corresponding paper of GATE 2024, i.e. Electrical Engineering (EE)

Candidates qualified in corresponding paper of GATE 2024 shall only be eligible to be considered for the next stage of selection. Qualifying marks in GATE 2024 shall be as decided by GATE 2024 conducting authority.

Qualified candidates shall be short-listed category-wise for Group Discussion & Personal Interview based on their normalized marks out of 100 in GATE 2024, in the corresponding paper.

Candidates shall obtain information about their status through their login at the POWERGRID Online Application System. Shortlisted candidates shall be able to download their interview call letter and other relevant documents through the candidate login.

Candidates shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Interview shall be required to bring the documents as mentioned in their interview call letter.

Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview in order to be considered for empanelment.

Weightage of Different Parameters

For calculation of final score of a candidate qualified in interview for empanelment, the weightages of marks obtained in GATE, Group Discussion and Interview shall be as indicated below:

GATE 2024 Marks (out of 100)- 85%

Group Discussion – 3%

Personal Interview-12%

Total-100%

 

Salary/ Emoluments-

The Corporation offers a very attractive pay package and is one of the best in the Industry. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 during the one-year training period. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Engineer in the same scale.

On regularization, the Compensation package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, PF, Gratuity, Pension & Leave encashment, Group Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance etc.

 

Service Agreement Bond-

The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organization for at least three years. The amount of the bond is INR 5,00,000/- plus applicable taxes for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and INR 2,50,000/- plus applicable taxes for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Selection Procedure for RCF Mumbai Recruitment 2024-

(I) ONLINE TEST
. The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related. Duration of test will be ninety (90) minutes. The total number of questions will be 100, out of which 50 questions would be from mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree /relevant qualification of relevant discipline of two marks each and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness of one mark each. There will be negative marking for wrong answer. The level of the domain subject will be as applicable for each post.

(II) INTERVIEW
Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 i.e. 7 eligible candidates for 1 post. Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on RCF Ltd website and such candidates will also be intimated for the same through SMS on their mobile number and/or through email on their e-mail address as mentioned in their online application form.

FINAL SELECTION- Final merit list will be prepared with 80% weightage to online test and 20% weightage for Interview.

 

Salary for RCF Mumbai Recruitment 2024-

Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month. Free lodging facility will be provided at company’s hostel, if posted at Trombay / Thal. The Hostel Accommodation/quarter on sharing basis (free of cost) will be provided to them during the training period. Medical facility for self will be
provided at RCF Hospital. Available Sports Complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd.
Management Trainees posted in locations other than Trombay and Thal (i.e. Marketing Area Office) shall be entitled for a fixed allowance @ Rs 2500/- pm towards boarding, lodging and local travelling expense. They will also be entitled to TA / DA while on tours as per existing TA /DA policy of the company. They will be provided medical treatment for self and accident insurance.

After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 – 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (43.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which  works out to Rs. 81,000/- approximately.

Bond amount of Rs. One Lakh shall be deposited by the Management Trainee at the time of joining in the form of fixed deposit with the lien marked to the RCF Ltd. for the period of 4 years including one year of training. In case, a management trainee is unable to deposit the bond amount in advance at the time of joining, the bond amount can be recovered by monthly deductions from the stipend and converting to fixed deposit at the end of the financial year.

Each test will have a separate timing as mentioned above. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer. No minimum qualifying marks for individual subject as well as for aggregate (overall) are prescribed. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted from the list of all candidates arranged in descending order of aggregate marks scored.

 

(ii) Local Language Proof
 The candidate should be proficient in local language
 Candidate will be required to produce certificate of VIII/X/XII or Graduate level having studied one of his/her subject as local language.

Selection Process for NPCIL Assistant Recruitment 2024–

Selection of the candidates will be based on the following.

  1. Written Examination
  2. Typewriting test on PC
  3. computer proficiency test

Written Examination–

Stage-1- Preliminary Test (1 Hour Duration)
Stage-2- Advanced Test (2 Hours Duration).

Preliminary test will comprise of 50 multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) of 01 (one) hour

Selection process includes 3 steps:-

  • 1st Step: Tier-1 Written Exam (Objective Type) (200 Marks) (Online Mode)
  • 2nd Step: Tier-2 Written Exam (Descriptive Type) (100 Marks) (Offline Mode)

  • Minimum Qualifying Marks would be 33 Percent.

 

 Tier-3    Skill Test / Typing Test:

  •  Typing Test: Candidates, who are opting English typing, should have typing speed of 35 words per minute and those candidates who are opting Hindi typing should have typing speed of 30 words per minute. Typing test will be applicable for Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, LDC and Court Clerk posts.
  •  Skill Test: Data Entry Speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour on computer. Skill test will be applicable only for Data Entry Operator post
  •   The Above Tests are Qualifying in Nature.

 

Salary for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024

Starting salary will be in the range of Rs.19900 to Rs.29,200 depending on the post you have applied for.
