Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Maharashtra Apprentice Recruitment 2024:-

Educational Qualification –

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.

20 to 31 years ( for OBC )
20 to 33 years  ( for SC/ST )

Selection Procedure For Bank of Maharashtra Apprentice Recruitment 2024-

The merit list of those candidates who have applied will be prepared State wise in descending order on the basis of marks/percentage obtained in 12th Std (HSC/10+2)/ Diploma Examination. In case
more than one candidate is having the same percentage, such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order in the merit.

Where CGPA / OGPA is awarded, the same should be converted into percentage and indicated in online application, the candidate will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate authority inter alia stating that the norms of the Board regarding conversion of grade into percentage and the percentage of marks scored by the candidate in terms of norms.
The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks (in all the subjects) multiplied by 100.
Merit list will be prepared based only on the information submitted by the candidate during online application. In case of any discrepancy observed at the time of Document Verification, the application will be disqualified summarily.
Document collection and test of local language will be conducted during Document Verification process.
Final Selection will be subject to:
i. Verification of the eligibility for the training seat and information furnished in the online application.
ii. Qualification in the test of local language for the State opted.
iii. Be declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.

 

Test of local language:-

The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against each state/UT). The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online examination but before joining the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify the language test will not be offered appointment. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

 

Duration Of Training:

Selected candidates will undergo training for one year.

Stipend for Bank of Maharashtra Apprentice Recruitment 2024:

The apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs.9000/- per month for one year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.

Selection Process for ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Selections for engagement of Apprentices would be based on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and Merit drawn. In case of a similar number in merit, a person with higher age would be considered. No canvassing or influencing would be acceptable at any time and may render for non-consideration.

Reservation of positions will be followed as per Government of India Policy on SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories, as applicable for the engagement of Apprentices under The Apprentices Act, 1961 as amended.

Selection Procedure for Western Railway Mumbai Apprentice Post –

Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.

The Trade-wise/ Community-wise Merit List will be issued by the concerned Division/Units for their Notified slots. Applicants will be called by the concerned Division/Units as per the Merit in the relevant trade considering the Divisions/ Workshop opted by the candidate. In case of any shortfall in any particular trade in any given Division/Workshop, Western Railway reserves the right to Re-distribute the candidates to other Divisions/Workshops.

Stipend for Western Railway Mumbai Apprentice Post –

Selected candidates will get stipend at par with semi skilled workers of the particular state as per government norms .

Training Period-

Qualifying marks: The candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify. This is applicable to all candidates irrespective of community or category i.e. irrespective of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex SM and no relaxation in the minimum T- Score is permissible.

(D) Typing Skill Test (TST):-

For the posts Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist,  Typing Skill Test (TST) of qualifying nature (marks obtained in typing skill test shall not be added for making merit) shall be conducted for which the number of candidates equal to eight times the number of vacancies for each of the community shall be called for.
