Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2023

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria w.r.t. qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as follows:

Aggregate Marks secured in BE/BTech/BSc Engg (4 Year Course) = 75%

Relevant Post Qualification experience:2.5 marks will be allocated for minimum experience stipulated for the post. 1.25 marks will be allocated for every additional experience of 6 months subject to a maximum of 10 marks. = 10%

Interview for shortlisted candidates(Video- based) = 15%

  1. Candidates have to compulsorily provide the CGPA conversion to percentage of marks as per the guidelines provided by their University.
  2. Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on their aggregate marks obtained in the degree in required qualification and number of years of experience as indicated above in the ratio of 1:5. Only those candidates shortlisted will be called for the interview.
  3. The names of candidates shortlisted for interview will be intimated by email.
  4. Candidates are requested to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein. Please note that call letters will be sent through email only.
  5. The results of the final selection will be available on BEL website.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023

Project Engineer-I:will be engaged initially for a period of Two years which may be extended up to maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of  Rs.40,000/- ,Rs. 45,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- & Rs.55000  for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd year and 4th year of contract respectively.

Trainee Engineer-I :will be engaged initially for a period of One year which may be extended up to a maximum of Three years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/-, Rs. 35000/- and Rs. 40,000/- during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of contract respectively.

Selection Procedure for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2023-

Selection process includes 3 steps:-

  • 1st Step: Tier-1 Written Exam (Objective Type) (200 Marks) (Online Mode)
  • 2nd Step: Tier-2 Written Exam (Descriptive Type) (100 Marks) (Offline Mode)
  • 3rd Step: Tier-3 Skill Test / Typing Test (candidates who qualify the tier-2 exam will be called for Skill Test / Typing Test)

  • Exam carries 100 marks and exam duration will be 1 hour.
  • Exam will have to be written either in Hindi or in English.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks would be 33 Percent.

 

 Tier-3    Skill Test / Typing Test:

  •  Typing Test: Candidates, who are opting English typing, should have typing speed of 35 words per minute and those candidates who are opting Hindi typing should have typing speed of 30 words per minute. Typing test will be applicable for Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, LDC and Court Clerk posts.
  •  Skill Test: Data Entry Speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour on computer. Skill test will be applicable only for Data Entry Operator post
  •   The Above Tests are Qualifying in Nature.

Starting salary will be in the range of Rs.19900 to Rs.29,200 depending on the post you have applied for.

Selection Procedure for BARC Recruitment 2023-

Category-I: Written Examination of one hour duration will be conducted and will comprise of 40 objective (multiple) type questions. The syllabus for the said examination will be based on subjects at Diploma/B.Sc. level as the case may be. Those candidates qualifying in the written examination shall be short-listed for interview. The date of interview will be notified later. ‘3’ marks for each correct answer and ‘1’ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Final selection and ranking will be on the basis of performance of the candidate in interview and no weightage will be given for marks scored in the written examination. The decision of NRB in this regard is final

Category-II: The selection process will consist of tests in 3 stages – Stage 1, Stage 2 & Stage 3.

Stage1 – Preliminary Test: Screening examinations to be held to shortlist candidates. The format of the screening examinations will be common for all trades and will be in the following format. Examination will consist of 50 multi choice questions (choice of 4 answers) of one hour duration in the following proportion:

  1. Mathematics – 20 questions
  2. Science – 20 questions
  3. General awareness – 10 questions

‘3’ marks for each correct answer and ‘1’ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. All candidates with <40% in General category and <30% in reserved category will be screened out.

Stage 2- Advanced Test: All candidates Screened in Stage 1 will be allowed to undertake Stage 2 (Advance Test) in their respective trade.

The Test will comprise 50 multi choice questions (choice of 4 answers) of two hour duration. ‘3’ marks for each correct answer and ‘1’ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Merit List of candidates will be prepared after Stage-2 based upon the scores obtained in Stage-2 only. All candidates with <30% in General category and <20% in reserved category will be screened out.

Stage 3- Skills Test : Based upon the Merit List prepared after Stage-2, candidates will be shortlisted for Stage 3 (Skill Test). Candidates clearing the skill test will be shortlisted and empanelled in order of Merit based on the marks secured in Stage 2.  The number of candidates shortlisted for Skill Test will depend upon the number of candidates qualifying for Stage 2 but will not exceed 4 – 5 times the number of vacancies in each trade. The Skill Test will be based on Go/No-Go basis.

Training Period – 2 years

Stipend-

Stipend during training will be as follows.

Category I – 1st year – Rs.24000, 2nd Year – Rs.26000

Category II – 1st Year – Rs.20000, 2nd Year – Rs.22000

 

Salary for BARC Recruitment 2023-

Upon successful completion of training, trainees will be considered for absorption in the following grade at the time of appointment depending on their performance during the period of training and interview to be held at the end of the training. Selection Procedure for NPCIL Recruitment 2023

The selection process will comprise of the following: i. Shortlisting of candidates for personal interview for the posts of Executive Trainee 2023 will be done in the order of merit drawn on the basis of valid GATE 2021, GATE 2022 and GATE 2023 Scores by applying ratio of 1:12.
