Selection Process for IDBI Manager Recruitment 2023-

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.
The above mentioned selection process are indicative and Bank is at liberty to alter/ amend/ modify the same at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.

For Junior Manager – On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining

Selection Procedure for SBI CBO Recruitment 2023-

The selection process consists of Online Written Test, Screening and Interview.
Online Written Test:
Online written test will consist of Objective Tests for 120 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
(i) Objective Test: The duration of objective test is 2 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of total 120 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

(ii) Descriptive Test: The duration of Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for total 50 marks. Merit list will be drawn State wise and Category wise on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in Online Written Test. There will be no sectional qualifying marks. Candidates
numbering up to 3 times (approx.) of the State wise and Category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for Screening from the top of the merit list drawn on State wise and Category wise subject to a candidate scoring the minimum aggregate qualifying score, as decided by the Bank.
Penalty for Wrong Answers: There will be no penalty for wrong answers marked in Objective Tests. Sectional Marks will not be maintained for Online Written Examination.
Screening: Online application and documents of candidates, who are shortlisted based on performance in online examination, will be placed before the Screening Committee. The Screening Committee constituted by the Bank will examine whether the candidates fulfil the required eligibility criteria of experience. The Committee will match the job profile submitted by the candidates (certified by their existing/ previous employer(s) with whom they are/were employed) with the job profile of Scale-I Generalist Officer of the State Bank of India. In case their job profile does not match substantially or is different than the job profile of Scale-I Generalist Officer of State Bank of India, then the application of the candidate will be summarily rejected. The decision of the Bank in this regard would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by the Bank in this regard. The candidates, who fulfil the required experience as decided by the Screening Committee, will be called for  interview.
Interview:
Interview will consist of 50 marks. Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in interview to be considered for final selection. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.

Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. Merit list will be drawn State wise, category wise.

Final Selection 

The candidates will have to qualify both in Online Written Test and Interview separately. The marks obtained in Online written Test, both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Interview for preparing the final merit list. Final merit list would be prepared based on normalization of marks scored in Online Written Test and Interview with 75:25 weightage respectively.
Marks secured by the candidates in the Online Written test (out of 170 marks) are converted to out of 75 marks and Interview scores of candidates (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25 marks. The final merit list (State wise and category wise) is arrived at after aggregating (out of 100) converted marks of Online Written test and Interview. Selection will be made from the top ranked candidates in merit list prepared on State wise and Category wise.

Salary for SBI CBO Recruitment 2023-

Presently, the starting basic pay is 36,000/- in the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2- 49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus one increment for each completed year of service rendered in officer cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank as on 01.12.2022. However, maximum advance increment has been capped at 2 (two), irrespective of the duration of experience gained in previous employment. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

Test of specified opted local language:-

The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against each state/UT). The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online main examination but before joining the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify the language test will not be offered appointment. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

 

Salary/Emoluments for SBI Clerical Recruitment 2023- 

The starting Basic Pay is Rs. 19900. The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs.37,000/- per month inclusive of D.A., other allowances at the current rate and two additional increments for newly recruited graduate junior associate.

Selection Procedure –

The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

Eligible candidates will have to appear for the corresponding paper of GATE 2023, i.e. Electrical Engineering (EE)

Candidates qualified in corresponding paper of GATE 2023 shall only be eligible to be considered for the next stage of selection. Qualifying marks in GATE 2023 shall be as decided by GATE 2023 conducting authority.

Selection Process for BHEL Supervisor Recruitment 2023

BHEL Selection process comprises of two stages. Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainee shall have to necessarily clear both the stages in order to be considered on the merit list for joining.

Stage I: Computer Based Examination

All prima facie eligible candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Examination (CBE). Based on CBE Marks, candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification in order of merit in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies in each Category. Physically Challenged candidates & Ex-Servicemen candidates will be accorded upto 25% relaxation below the cut-off marks in their respective categories for being shortlisted for Document Verification/ Scrutiny.
For shortlisting as per 1:3 ratio, initially, all UR candidates along with reserved category (i.e. EWS, OBC, SC, ST) candidates of that discipline, who do not avail any relaxation, will be grouped together and then arranged in descending order of merit of their CBE marks (marks out of 100) and candidates shall be called for Document Verification/ Scrutiny in the ratio of 1:3 in UR category.
After this, candidates belonging to EWS/OBC/SC/ST categories, who are not shortlisted for Document Verification/ Scrutiny under UR category, shall be regrouped with their respective categories for further consideration and candidates will be called for Document Verification/ Scrutiny in prescribed ratio of 1:3 in their respective categories
All the candidates obtaining same cut-off marks in respective groups shall also be called for Document Verification/ Scrutiny.

Stage II: Document Verification/ Scrutiny

Document Verification/ Scrutiny is the second stage of the selection process. All candidates shortlisted for the Document Verification/ Scrutiny Stage must necessarily attend and complete this stage of selection process, in order to be further considered for being placed on the merit list. Document Verification/ Scrutiny shall be considered as only qualifying stage.

Salary for BHEL Supervisor Recruitment 2023

CCandidates joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainees will undergo training for one year. During training period, basic pay of Rs 32,000/- in the scale of pay of Rs 32,000-1,00,000/- will be paid.
