Selection Procedure for SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022-

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.
Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit list: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list

Salary/ Emoluments-

Selection Procedure for CBHFL Officer Recruitment 2022-

The selection process will comprise of online test, for the posts mentioned above, followed by interview of shortlisted
candidates. However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Company reserves the right to change the short listing criteria/online test/interview process.  GROUP DISCUSSION (GD)/PERSONAL INTERVIEW (PI)/ PSYCHOMETRIC TEST:
i. The Company reserves its right to call for the GD/PI, candidate in aratio, at its sole discretion. Whenever online test is conducted, candidates shall be called for GD and /or PI on the basis of their performance in the online test.
ii. Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/Group Discussion&/or Interview. Candidate will be shortlisted for
Psychometric Assessment/GD&/or PI depending on the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test and total marks
secured in the online test as decided by the Company.
iii. In case more than one candidate scores the cut off marks [common mark at cut off point], such candidates will be
ranked according to their age in descending order.
iv. Psychometric Test/GD/&/or PI shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, level of Communication, clarity & problem solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitable for the post etc.
v. The minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category. The Company reserves the right to change the minimum qualifying criteria at its sole discretion.
vi. Candidates not clearing the GD/PI will not be considered for final selection. The combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in Online test and/or PI and/or GD [as the case
may be]

Personal Interview (PI)

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Main examination may subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Nodal Bank. The intimation will be sent by email and sms to the registered email ID and mobile number. Interviews will be conducted at selected centers.

The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview is 40% for General and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. The weightage (ratio) of the Main examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates will be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination and Interview.

All candidates called for the Interview should produce originals of all prescribed documents mentioned in the call letter. Those candidates who fail to produce prescribed originals of documents will not be allowed to participate in the interview. The Bank takes no responsibility to receive/ collect any certificate/remittance/ document sent separately.

Selection Process for Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2022-

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria w.r.t. qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as follows:

Aggregate Marks secured in BE/BTech/BSc Engg (4 Year Course) = 75%

Relevant Post Qualification experience:2.5 marks will be allocated for minimum experience stipulated for the post. 1.25 marks will be allocated for every additional experience of 6 months subject to a maximum of 10 marks. = 10%

Selection Procedure for Mazagon Dock Mumbai Recruitment 2022

Selection for Apprenticeship will be completed in Three Stages,

First Stage i.e. Online Examination (Computer based test): -only Eligible Candidates in Group A, B & C will be called for Online Examination (Computer based examination). The Online Examination will consist 100 Number of Multiple Choice questions with Minimum Qualification of respective Groups (i.e. Class 10th Pass for Group A, ITI Pass for Group B & Class 8th Pass for Group C) and Examination will be of 2 Hours duration. Examination center will be in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad & Nagpur. Please check the official notification carefully for the exam structure.

Second Stage will be of Medical Examination & Document Verification:-For this the candidates securing maximum marks (each Group & Category wise) in Online Exam would only be called for Medical Examination & Document Verification, Schedule for Eligible Candidates in Group A, B & C will be declared with the result of online examination.

Third Stage will be Trade Allotment; for which selected candidates after Medical Examination & Document Verification would only be called in Order of merit marks obtained in the Online Exam and at the time of allotment will be informed regarding availability / vacancy of their choice as per group & category wise merit order. In case of absenteeism or non-acceptance of available merit seat, candidature will be rejected immediately & next available candidate in the order of merit will be called.

Stipend paid during the training period to the apprentice is between Rs.5500 to Rs.8500 depending on the group A/B/C.
