Selection Process for MPSC Group C Recruitment 

The selection process consists two rounds. Preliminary Exam followed by Mains Exam.

Preliminary Examination will be of 100 marks and it’s common for all the posts. Only the candidates who clear prelims will be able to attend mains exam.

Mains Examination will be of 200 marks, and it will be different for different posts.

Skill Test- Typing test will be conducted only for the candidates who are applying for the post of Tax Supervisor or Clerk-Typist. Skill test will be qualifying in nature and candidate will be given 10 minutes for typing test.

Selection Procedure for Indian Oil Apprentice Recruitment 2021-

  • Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test (Duration 90 Minutes) and meeting notified eligibility criteria.

Selection Procedure for SBI Officer Recruitment 2021-

The selection process consists of Online Written Test, Screening and Interview.
Online Written Test:
Online written test will consist of Objective Tests for 120 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
(i) Objective Test: The duration of objective test is 2 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of total 120 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

(ii) Descriptive Test: The duration of Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for total 50 marks. Merit list will be drawn State wise and Category wise on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in Online Written Test. There will be no sectional qualifying marks. Candidates
numbering up to 3 times (approx.) of the State wise and Category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for Screening from the top of the merit list drawn on State wise and Category wise subject to a candidate scoring the minimum aggregate qualifying score, as decided by the Bank.
Penalty for Wrong Answers: There will be no penalty for wrong answers marked in Objective Tests. Sectional Marks will not be maintained for Online Written Examination.
Screening: Online application and documents of candidates, who are shortlisted based on performance in online examination, will be placed before the Screening Committee. The Screening Committee constituted by the Bank will examine whether the candidates fulfil the required eligibility criteria of experience. The Committee will match the job profile submitted by the candidates (certified by their existing/ previous employer(s) with whom they are/were employed) with the job profile of Scale-I Generalist Officer of the State Bank of India. In case their job profile does not match substantially or is different than the job profile of Scale-I Generalist Officer of State Bank of India, then the application of the candidate will be summarily rejected. The decision of the Bank in this regard would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by the Bank in this regard. The candidates, who fulfil the required experience as decided by the Screening Committee, will be called for  interview.
Interview:
Interview will consist of 50 marks. Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in interview to be considered for final selection. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.

Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. Merit list will be drawn State wise, category wise.

Final Selection 

The candidates will have to qualify both in Online Written Test and Interview separately. The marks obtained in Online written Test, both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Interview for preparing the final merit list. Final merit list would be prepared based on normalization of marks scored in Online Written Test and Interview with 75:25 weightage respectively.
Marks secured by the candidates in the Online Written test (out of 170 marks) are converted to out of 75 marks and Interview scores of candidates (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25 marks. The final merit list (State wise and category wise) is arrived at after aggregating (out of 100) converted marks of Online Written test and Interview. Selection will be made from the top ranked candidates in merit list prepared on State wise and Category wise.

Salary for SBI Officer Recruitment 2021-

Presently, the starting basic pay is 36,000/- in the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2- 49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus one increment for each completed year of service rendered in officer cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank as on 01.12.2021. However, maximum advance increment has been capped at 2 (two), irrespective of the duration of experience gained in previous employment. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

Selection Process for Bank of Baroda IT Recruitment 2021

The selection process may comprise online test (for Regular positions in JMGS-I, MMGS-II & MMGS-III only), psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion / & Interview of shortlisted candidates. For contractual positions, selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method. Marks Section 4 i.e. Professional Knowledge shall be reckoned for shortlisting the candidates for participation in further selection process and drawing the rank list.

There will be penalty for wrong answers in this section (i.e. section 4). For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

  1. Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test or any other test/assessment as part of selection process:

The Bank reserves its right to call for the GD/ PI, candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion. Wherever online test is conducted, candidates shall be called for GD and/or PI on the basis of their performance in the online test. ii. Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/Group Discussion &/or Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/GD &/or PI depending on the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test and total marks secured in the online test as decided by the Bank. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.

Salary for Bank of Baroda IT Recruitment 2021

Starting Remuneration offered will be from Rs.36000 to Rs.63840 depending on the posts of different scales from JMG –Scale I to MMG-Scale III, additional permissible allowances will be given as per government bank norms.

For Regular Positions At present, monthly CTC at the initial level of JMG/S-I, MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III including DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA and all perks and benefits like quarters facility, in lieu of HRA, for Officers; Conveyance; Medical Aid; LTC; etc., admissible as per rules of the Bank, in force from time to time is approximately R 1.17 lacs /-, R 1.48 lacs /- and R 1.78 lacs per month (as amended from time to time), respectively in Mumbai. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting. For Contractual Positions Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmarks for the respective posts, and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.

LOCATION OF POSTING: The tentative place of posting is Mumbai/Hyderabad. However, the posting may be subject to change/modification depending on Bank’s requirement from time to time and the selected candidate is liable for transfer/posting anywhere in India.

PROBATION PERIOD
