Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023 notification is out.  Bombay High Court has invited applications for different posts from eligible Indian candidates for the recruitment in different districts of Maharashtra. The details are as follows.

Post :-  Stenographer /  Clerk / Peon

Total No of Vacancies :- 4628

Eligibility for Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023 :-

Age Limit :-

18 to 38 Years ( General Category/ Unreserved )

Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be there.

10 Years Extension for PWD / Ex-servicemen

Educational Qualification :-

Stenographer ( Grade 3)-
(a) Must possess Degree from any recognized University. (preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law)
(b) Adequate knowledge of the regional language(Marathi) of the Court in the District

(c) Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCCTBC or I.T.I.) for speed of – 100 w.p.m. or above in English Shorthand and 80 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Shorthand and – 40 w.p.m. or above in English Typing and 30 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Typing.
(d)Possess Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of word processor in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org.

Junior Clerk

A candidate for being eligible
(a) Must possess Degree from any recognized University. (preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law)
(b) Adequate knowledge of the regional language( Marathi) of the Court in the District

(c) Must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC or I.T.I.) for speed of – 40 w.p.m. or above in English Typing and 30 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Typing.
(d)Possess Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of word processor in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org.

Hamal/Peon

A candidate must have passed minimum 7th Standard examination and having good physique.

Selection Procedure for Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023-

The Stenographer (Grade-3) &  Junior Clerk will go through Screening Test, English Shorthand Test,Marathi Shorthand Test ,English Typing Test ,Marathi Typing Test as per the job requirement.

Peon will go through Cleaning & Activeness Test.

all the tests will be followed by interview.

Each candidate will be graded for 100 marks collectively from above test rounds.

Salary for Bombay High Court Recruitment 2023-

The starting basic pay will be as follows

Stenographer- Pay Level S-14 : Rs. 38600

Clerk- Pay Level S-6 : Rs. 19900

Peon- Pay Level S-1 : Rs.15000

Other additional allowances will be given as per the government norms.
