Educational Qualification

Officer Scale – III (Senior Manager) -Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. He/she should have minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.

Officer Scale – II General Banking Officer (Manager) – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. He/she should have minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.

Officer Scale – II (Specialist Officer) (Manager)-

  1. I.T Officer – Bachelors Degree from a recognized university in electronics/communication/computer science/information Technology with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. One Year experience in relevant field.
  2. Chartered Accountant – Certified Associate from institute of chartered accountants of India. one year work experience as a chartered accountant.
  3. Law Officer – Degree form recognized university in law or its equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate .and also have two years work experience as a advocate or worked as a law officer in banks or financial institution.
  4. Agriculture Officer – Bachelor degree in agriculture/horticulture/dairy/animal husbandry/forestry/veterinary science/agriculture engineering from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Two year experience in relevant field.
  5. Treasury Manager – Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution

Officer Scale – I (Assistant Manager) – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisci culture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy Proficiency in local Language. working knowledge of computers.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) –  Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent. proficiency in local language. also have working knowledge of computers.

PSB Officer Recruitment 2025 notification is out..!! Punjab & Sind Bank invite applications for the recruitment of Local Based Officers all over India. Selection Procedure for PSB Officer Recruitment 2025

The selection process consists of Online Written Test, Screening and Interview.
Online Written Test:
Online written test will consist of Objective Tests for 120 marks .
(i) Objective Test: The duration of objective test is 2 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of total 120 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

Penalty for Wrong Answers: For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question
Screening: Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score on aggregate in the Online examination and to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the Online Main examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview. Decision of Bank in shortlisting and calling number of candidates for common interviews/ provisional allotment shall be final.
The number of candidates to be called for Interview based on the performance in the written test shall be three times the number of vacancies in respect of candidates belonging to unreserved category and five times the number of vacancies in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories.

ii)Language Proficiency Test:
The candidates applying for the position of LBO of a particular state, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in any one of the specified local languages of that State as mentioned in this notification. Candidates shortlisted through the online written test will have to appear in the local proficiency test, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for personal interview and thus their candidature will not be considered for further selection process.
Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

Psychometric assessment– As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to undergo a psychometric assessment. This evaluation is designed to determine
the candidate’s alignment with the Core Values of Bank of Baroda and to assess their aptitude for sales-related roles.

iii)Interview:
The venue and date of personal interview will be decided and informed in due course to the applicants who have qualified the written examination. The interview shall be of 100 marks, minimum qualifying mark shall be 40 while for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories; minimum qualifying mark shall be 35.
The weightage (ratio) for Online Test and interview shall be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination and Interview.

A candidate should qualify both in the Online Exam and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for selection. Selection will be made from the top ranked candidates in merit list prepared on state-wise and category-wise. Final Selection will be subject to Qualifying in test of specified local language, where applicable, as detailed above.

Salary for PSB Officer Recruitment 2025

Presently, the starting basic pay is Rs.48480/- in the scale of 48480- 2000/7- 62480- 2340/2- 67160- 2680/7- 85920applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus three increments. The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

  1.   Category wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the online Examination. Candidates numbering up to 4 times (approx.) of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Interview from the top of the category wise merit list subject to a candidate scoring the minimum aggregate qualifying score.
  2. The candidates should secure minimum marks in online examination as mentioned below to qualify for interview / GD.
  3. The marks obtained in the online examination will not be added in the interview / GD score. Final Selection will be on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in personal interview.
  4. The total marks allotted for personal interview are 100. Candidates have to secure minimum marks as mentioned below in interview / GD. Depending upon the number of candidates and vacancies, if the bank decides to conduct both GD and Interview, in that case the marks will be 20:80.

 

Probation Period:-

The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining the Bank . There is mandatory provision of executing a service bond by selected candidates – 12 Months.

Selection of Assistant Administrative Officers will be done through a three tiered process and subsequent Prerecruitment Medical examination.

Phase-II : Main Examination: Main examination will consist of objective tests for 300 marks and descriptive test for 25 marks. Both the objective and descriptive tests will be online. The objective test will have separate timing for every section. Candidates will have to answer descriptive test by typing on the computer. Descriptive test will be administered immediately after the completion of the objective test.

 

Phase-III: Interview Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.

Salary for LIC AAO Recruitment 2025

Basic pay of Rs.88635/- per month in the scale of Rs. 88635-4385(14)-150025– 4750(4) –169025 and other admissible allowances as per rules. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale, inclusive of House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance etc. wherever admissible depending  upon the classification of the city will be approximately Rs.1,26,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city. Probation:  A candidate after appointment as Assistant Administrative Officer shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. This period may be extended upto two years.

Guarantee Bond: Before joining as a Probationer, candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve LIC for a minimum period of four years from the date of joining (including probationary period) failing which, he/she or his /her heirs, executors, administrators will be liable to pay liquidated damages of Rs.500,000/-only (Rupees Two Lakhs only) or the sum of amount the Executive Director (Personnel) may prescribe from time to time. The candidate will have to submit Deed of Indemnity at his/her cost, duly stamped, the stamp value of which will be as applicable to the State in which the deed is executed by the candidate.

Phase III – Interview

Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of phase –II will subsequently called for an Interview to be conducted by the company, up to the three times no of vacancies of respective stream/category. Interview will be conducted at selected centres. The Weightage (ratio) of online examination and interview will be 75:25 respectively.

Final Selection :- Final Selection will be based on consolidated marks of mains examination (Objective test )& Interview.

 

Salary for New India Assurance Recruitment 2025

Basic pay of Rs. 50,925/- in the scale of Rs.50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)- 96765 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Gross emoluments will be approximately Rs. 90,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer. No minimum qualifying marks for individual subject as well as for aggregate (overall) are prescribed. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank (approximately 10 times the numbers of vacancies. subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination from the list of all candidates arranged in descending order of aggregate marks scored.

Scores obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted further.

Test of specified opted local language:-

The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against each state/UT). The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online main examination but before joining the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify the language test will not be offered appointment. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

 

Salary/Emoluments for SBI Clerical Recruitment 2025- 

The starting Basic Pay is Rs. 26730. The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs.46,000/- per month inclusive of D.A., other allowances at the current rate and two additional increments for newly recruited graduate junior associate.
