Selection Procedure for SBI PO Recruitment 2021-

PHASE I – Preliminary Exam

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

Scores obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted further.

PHASE II – Mains Exam

Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after completion of the Objective Test

(i) Objective Test: The objective test of 3 hours duration consists of 4 Sections for total 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.

Phase – III: Group Exercises (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)

Category wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Main Examination. Candidates numbering up to 3 times (approximately) of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Group Exercise & Interview from the top of the merit list subject to a candidate scoring minimum qualifying score in aggregate

Final Selection:-

Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in Objective Test and Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in GE & Interview (Phase-III) for preparing the final merit list. The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.

Marks secured by the candidates in the Main Examination (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Main Examination and Group Exercises & Interview out of 100. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Salary for SBI PO Recruitment 2021-

Presently, the starting basic pay is Rs.41960/– , The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

The total compensation per annum on CTC basis be a minimum of Rs. 8.20 lacs and maximum of Rs.13.08 lacs depending on place of posting and other factors.

Selection Process for New India Assurance Recruitment 2021

 Phase I – Preliminary Examination

Preliminary examination consisting of objective test for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections as follows.

  1. Objective Test:- The Objective test of 2 hours duration consists of 4 sections (Generalist) and 5 sections (Specialists) for total 200 marks.

Interview will be conducted at selected centres. The Weightage (ratio) of online examination and interview will be 75:25 respectively.

Final Selection :- Final Selection will be based on consolidated marks of mains examination (Objective test )& Interview.

 

Salary for New India Assurance Recruitment 2021

Basic pay of Rs. 32,795/- in the scale of Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)- 62315 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Gross emoluments will be approximately Rs. 60,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as coverage under National Pension System governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules. Selection Process for Union Bank Recruitment 2021

The selection process may comprise of Online Examination / Group Discussion (if conducted) and / or Personal Interview depending on the numbers of applicants/eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the absolute right to decide as to whether to use all or any of these modes for selection for the notified posts.

  • Online Examination / Test: (I) Structure of the Examination: The structure of the Online Written Examination, if conducted, will be online and will consist of the following tests:

(II) Penalty for Wrong Answers: There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the online examination. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 25% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the applicant; there will be no penal mark for that question.

(b) Personal Interview (PI) Merit list of candidates based on the marks obtained by them in online examination will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/General. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks stipulated for online test and ranking sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for personal Interview and/or GD. Mere passing in the online test shall not vest any right to a candidate for being called for Personal Interview/GD. In case of equal marks by two or more candidates, merit order of such group of candidates will be on the basis of Date of Birth i.e. candidates senior in age will be placed higher in the merit list. A Personal Interview of 50 marks shall be conducted to assess the academic & job knowledge, power of expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extracurricular activities, hobbies, general demeanor, behavior, communication skills, suitability for the post, etc. of the applicant. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 25 marks (22.5 marks for Reserved Category applicants). The applicants not securing the minimum qualifying marks in the Personal Interview will be disqualified for selection. The candidates called for the interview will be at the ratio of 3:1 to the number of vacancies. However, Bank may increase the said ratio at its own discretion.

(c) Group Discussion (GD): Maximum marks for Group Discussion will be 50 and minimum qualifying marks will be 25 for General/EWS and 22.5 for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC). Only those candidates who have secured minimum qualifying marks in GD shall be called for Personal Interview. Mere participation in Group Discussion shall not vest any right in a candidate for being called for Personal Interview.

(d) Final Selection:

If Online Examination and Personal Interview is Conducted: If online examination and Personal Interview is conducted, merit list of the candidates based on the aggregate marks obtained by them in Online Examination and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN. The final selection will be made on the basis of this merit list up to the number of vacancies.

If Online Examination is not Conducted and only PI is Conducted: If online examination is not conducted, the final selection will be made through Personal Interview. In such case, merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Personal Interview in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN. The final selection will be made on the basis of this merit list up to the number of vacancies.

If Online Examination is not Conducted and Both GD & PI is Conducted: If online examination is not conducted and the final selection will be made through Group Discussion & Personal Interview, merit list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in Group Discussion and Personal Interview in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN. The final selection will be made on the basis of this merit list up to the number of vacancies.

Salary for Union Bank Recruitment 2021

Selection Process for Powergrid Recruitment 2021

For Field Engineer

  1. Selection will involve Interview only, of the eligible and shortlisted candidates. However, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards / criteria and / or to conduct a screening test, to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Personal Interview, if so required.
  2. Screening test, if conducted, shall be for elimination purpose only and will not have any weightage in final merit.
  3. The scheme of the test would be as following:
  4. a) The test would be of 1 hour duration
  5. b) Sections and Number of questions: i. Technical Knowledge Test – 50 questions based on Engineering syllabus in the relevant discipline. ii. Aptitude Test – 25 questions based on Logical reasoning, data interpretation, comprehension, vocabulary, data sufficiency and numerical ability.
  6. c) All questions would be MCQ type with 4 options and carry equal weightage (1 mark each) and there shall be no negative marking. d) Qualifying marks would be minimum 40% for Unreserved including EWS and 30% for reserved vacancies.
  7. Qualifying marks in screening test for UR category shall be 40% and 30% for reserved category.
  8. Candidates who qualify in test will be shortlisted and called for interview based on their performance in screening test.
  9. The merit will be drawn purely on the basis of performance in the Interview.

For Field Supervisor

  1. Selections shall be made on the basis of scrutiny of applications w.r.t. eligibility criteria and desired experience profile and Screening Test of the candidates found eligible after scrutiny.
  2. Candidates qualifying in the Screening Test shall be empanelled in the order of merit of marks obtained in screening test.
  3. The scheme of the test would be as following: a) The test would be of 1 hour duration b) Sections and Number of questions: i. Technical Knowledge Test – 50 questions based on Diploma syllabus in the relevant discipline. ii. Aptitude Test – 25 questions based on Logical reasoning, data interpretation, comprehension, vocabulary, data sufficiency and numerical ability.

 

Salary for Powergrid Recruitment 2021

For Field Engineer-

Contract personnel will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs 30,000-3%-1,20,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35 % of basic pay. On successful completion of every year of engagement, the contract personnel will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement. The increment will be given from the first day of month subsequent to the month in which you complete the year.

For Field Supervisor-

Contract personnel will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35% of basic pay. On successful completion of every year of engagement, the contract personnel will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement. The increment will be given from the first day of month subsequent to the month in which you complete the year.

OTHER BENEFITS:

  1. HRA will be paid as per HRA rules of POWERGRID. Perks @ 35% of basic pay shall be paid as per Cafeteria approach. 2. Contract personnel will be entitled for reimbursement of official mobile call charges /rentals as per extant policy.
  2. Contract personnel will be covered under EPF & EPS MP Act 1952, Payment of Gratuity 1972 and corresponding rules in POWERGRID.
  3. Contract personnel will be entitled to 12 days Casual Leave, 10 days Sick Leave and 30 days Earned leave in a year. In addition, EL encashment, Maternity Leave, Quarantine Leave, EOL and Special Casual Leave as per leave rules shall be admissible. No other leave/ encashment is admissible including SAL/OH/Special Disability Leave.
  4. Contract personnel will be entitled for medical benefits for self during the first year of engagement and for self and family (Spouse & two dependent children) from second year onwards of engagement. The medical benefit is limited to maximum one month’s pay for every year for OPD cases. Medical insurance is provided in case of IPD treatments during tenure of engagement.
  5. Contract personnel will be covered under Group Personal Accident Insurance scheme of POWERGRID.
  6. Contract personnel will be eligible for PF deductions@ 12% of Basic Pay and DA per month.

Selection Process for IDBI Executive Recruitment 2021

The selection process for the post of Executive will comprise of an Online Test. The structure of the Examination is as follows:

The above tests except the Tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. ii. Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

The applicants, who are successful in the online test, would be called for a document verification and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test. The number of applicants called for document verification and pre-recruitment medical test will also be at the discretion of IDBI Bank.

Applicants qualifying both in the online test and declared fit in the pre-recruitment medical test shall be considered for final shortlisting. Reference for medical test does not imply final selection, which may please be noted.

The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on applicant’s marks in the online test, being found medically fit and subject to fulfilment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement.

Salary for IDBI Executive Recruitment 2021

The appointment of Executive will be on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be reviewed for extension on yearto-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-learning certifications and availability of vacancies. On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank.

The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as per the following chart: Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year, Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year and Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service.

Selection Procedure for Mazagon Dock Mumbai Recruitment 2021

Selection for Apprenticeship will be completed in Three Stages,

First Stage i.e. Online Examination (Computer based test): -only Eligible Candidates in Group A, B & C will be called for Online Examination (Computer based examination). The Online Examination will consist 100 Number of Multiple Choice questions with Minimum Qualification of respective Groups (i.e. Class 10th Pass for Group A, ITI Pass for Group B & Class 8th Pass for Group C) and Examination will be of 2 Hours duration. Please refer to the official notification for exam structure.

Examination center will be in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad & Nagpur. Please check the official notification carefully for the exam structure.

Second Stage will be of Medical Examination & Document Verification:-For this the candidates securing maximum marks (each Group & Category wise) in Online Exam would only be called for Medical Examination & Document Verification, Schedule for Eligible Candidates in Group A, B & C will be declared with the result of online examination.

Third Stage will be Trade Allotment; for which selected candidates after Medical Examination & Document Verification would only be called in Order of merit marks obtained in the Online Exam and at the time of allotment will be informed regarding availability / vacancy of their choice as per group & category wise merit order. In case of absenteeism or non-acceptance of available merit seat, candidature will be rejected immediately & next available candidate in the order of merit will be called.

Stipend & Training –

Stipend paid during the training period to the apprentice is between Rs.5500 to Rs.8500 depending on the group A/B/C.
