Selection Procedure for Indian Oil Apprentice Recruitment 2023-

  • Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test (Duration 90 Minutes) and meeting notified eligibility criteria.
  • The Written Test will comprise of 100 questions with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) consisting of four option with one correct option. The questions would be in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi. Written test will be conducted tentatively on 3rd December 2023.
  • The written test will assess the candidates on the following parameters:-
  • Trade Apprentice Accountant · Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude – 30 Marks
     Reasoning Abilities – 30 Marks
     Basic English language Skills – 40 Marks
  • Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator) · Generic Aptitude – 30 Marks
     Reasoning Abilities – 30 Marks
     Basic English – 40 Marks
  • Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic/Machinist) & Technician Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics): · Technical Acumen in relevant discipline – 40 Marks

  • The candidates will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in written test to qualify for selection process. The minimum qualifying marks shall be 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions.
  • Candidates selected as apprentices will have to fulfill the minimum physical fitness standard / parameters as specified in the Apprentice Act and amendments / modification issued from time to time. Only those candidates declared fit in pre-engagement medical and physical fitness shall be considered for engaging as apprentice.

Apprenticeship Period:-

Period of Apprenticeship Training 1. 12 Months for all disciplines.

Stipend-

Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 / Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.

1. The On-line (written) Test / Examination will be only in English language.

Training

The training period of Trainee shall be 12 months followed by probation period of 06 months. Post completion of training period the Trainee shall be assessed for work performance, confidential report, attendance records, etc. Only on satisfactory performance the candidate shall be placed on probation for 06 months and thereafter confirmation in the services of the Bank shall be based on the overall assessment of the Trainee  during the training and the probation periods.

Stipend & Salary for MSC Bank Recruitment 2023

Trainee Junior Officers will be paid a Stipend of Rs 20,000/- per month during the Training period. After successful completion of the training period, the Trainee Junior Officer will be placed in the Bank’s regular grade and will be paid total emoluments of about : Rs.45,000/- per month.

Trainee Clerks will be paid a Stipend of Rs 15,000/- per month during the Training period. After successful completion of the training period, the Trainee Clerk will be placed in the Bank’s regular grade and will be paid total emoluments of about: Rs.30,000/- per month.

Selection Procedure for Coal India Limited Recruitment 2023-

a. Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE -2023). Based on the GATE-2023 Scores/Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise and categorywise, in the ratio of 1:3 in order of merit for further selection process.
b. In case of tie in GATE Score, following norms will be adhered to for finalizing the merit panel :

Salary/ Emoluments for Coal India Limited Recruitment 2023-

Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month during the training period. On successful and satisfactory completion of 1-year training period and passing the test conducted for the purpose, regularization will be in E-3 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 60,000/- with probation for 1 year, if not extended. Selection Process for IDBI Junior Manager Recruitment 2023-

Salary for IDBI Junior Manager Recruitment 2023

i) Stipend – During the Training Period (6 Months) – Rs.5,000/- per month; during the Internship Period (2 Months) – Rs.15,000/- per month. The Bank  reserve the right to recover the stipend from the candidates who exit during the course or prior to joining the Bank’s service. Subsequent to the completion of the 8 months (Training + Internship) and subject to successful completion of the PGDBF course candidates will be absorbed in the Bank and shall be posted as an OJT for an initial period of 4 months at any of the Bank’s branches/offices as per requirement.

Selection Procedure for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023-

Selection process is divided in three phases as below –

PHASE I – Preliminary Exam

Exam will take place tentatively on 21st to 23rd October 2023 (Tentative)

Negative Marking – 1/4th or 0.25 marks

There will be sectional cut offs and overall cutoffs , so scoring high in one or two particular sections will not be enough. You need to perform well in every section at least till the cut off level.

Preliminary exam is just elimination round to get selected further for mains. Only the people who clear Pre exam round will get shortlisted for the next round of mains exam. The list of shortlisted candidate will be available on the website, and only these candidates will get the call letter/admit card for the mains.

Scores obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted further.

PHASE II – Mains Examination

The mains exam format is unchanged, and it is exactly similar to what it was last year.

Exam will be conducted in the month of December 2023

Final Selection and Merit List will be made on the basis of marks obtained in Mains Examination.

Basic Pay Rs.20700/- per month, Initial gross salary is approximately Rs.47849 per month along with all different government allowances as per norms.
