Selection Procedure for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024

Selection process mainly consists of 3 stages

Stage I – AFCAT ( Air Force Common Admission Test) or special entry for NCC candidates

Stage II – Intelligence test, Picture perception test & Psychological tests.

Stage III – Medical Test & Physical Standard test

 

 

Training & Emoluments- 

Training will start from January 2026. Training period will vary from 52 weeks to 74 weeks depending on technical or non technical post. Candidates will be given stipend of Rs.56100 per month during last one year of training.  Different government allowances will be available after that as per government norms of 7th Pay Commission.

Educational Qualification :-

Selection Process for YIL Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Selection will be done on the basis of merit list. The merit list will be prepared separately for NON-ITI and EX-ITI category. The merit list for NON-ITI category will be prepared factory-wise on the basis of overall percentage of marks in Madhyamik or matriculation (Class X standard or equivalent), aggregate in all subjects or best of 5 subjects as per criteria of that 10th Board, as entered by the candidate in the online application form. Candidate shall submit original marksheet of Madhyamik Board (Class X std. or equivalent). For NON-ITI category, a factory-wise
common merit list will be prepared and the trades will be allotted by each factory on Merit-cumchoice basis after selection.

Selection Procedure for Coal India Limited Recruitment 2024-

a. Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE -2025). Based on the GATE-2025 Scores/Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise and categorywise, in the ratio of 1:3 in order of merit for further selection process.
b. In case of tie in GATE Score, following norms will be adhered to for finalizing the merit panel :
i) Applicant scoring higher percentage mark / CGPA in minimum eligible qualification will be placed higher in the merit list.
ii) If there is still a tie after considering Sl.No (i) above, applicant who is senior in age will be placed higher.

Salary/ Emoluments for Coal India Limited Recruitment 2024-

Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month during the training period. On successful and satisfactory completion of 1-year training period and passing the test conducted for the purpose, regularization will be in E-3 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 60,000/- with probation for 1 year, if not extended. Besides Basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites and allowances under cafeteria approach and other allowances including Performance Related Pay (PRP) as applicable for the post. Salary for IDBI Executive Recruitment 2024

The ESOs will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under:
Consolidated remuneration
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year

The appointment of ESOs will be purely on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies and any other criteria that Bank may decide from time of time. As per extant Bank’s norms (subject to amendments from time to time), on successful completion of a period of 2 years of contractual service, appointee shall become eligible for appointment as Junior Assistant Manager, (JAM), Grade ‘O’ in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank. The same would be subject to performance, availability of vacancies, other criteria, etc. These norms shall be as per then prevalent Bank’s Promotion Policy, as amended from time to time. On joining the Bank’s services as Junior Assistant Manager -JAM (Grade ‘O’), CTC would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per annum (Class A city) at the time of joining. Appointment as Grade ‘O’ will be as per the prevailing policy of the Bank and availability of vacancy at the relevant point of time. The broad modalities of the selection process shall be decided by the Bank from time to time and would be at its sole discretion.
