Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2025

COMPUTER BASED TEST
The computer based test will be held at Centres mentioned in Annexure-A. Candidates should choose 5 test center nearest to their place of correspondence. Allocation of the test center will be done based on the availability of the test center. No request for change in test center will be allowed. Candidates will not be reimbursed their cost of travel for attending the computer based test.
The computer based test is for a duration of 120 minutes comprising of 125 Questions (i.e 100 Technical Questions and 25 General Aptitude and Reasoning Questions). Each question will carry 1 mark and there will be negative marking for wrong answers; 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. No marks will be awarded for unattempted / marked for review questions. The question paper will be bilingual i.e., English and Hindi only. However, in case of any error/variation in Hindi, the English version of the question shall be valid.

Based on the performance in the computer based test, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5.
Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in both the computer based test and interview. The weightage for Compute based test is 85 marks and interview is 15 marks.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2025

Basic salary will be Rs.40,000-3%- 1,40,000, Overall CTC will be upto 13 lacs per annum.

Selection Procedure for UCO Bank LBO Recruitment 2025-

The selection process consists of Online Written Test, Screening and Interview.
Online Written Test:
Online written test will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks .
(i) Objective Test: The duration of objective test is 3 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of total 200 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

Penalty for Wrong Answers: For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question
Screening: Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score on aggregate in the Online examination and to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the Online Main examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview. Decision of Bank in shortlisting and calling number of candidates for common interviews/ provisional allotment shall be final.
The number of candidates to be called for Interview based on the performance in the written test shall be three times the number of vacancies in respect of candidates belonging to unreserved category and five times the number of vacancies in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories.

ii)Language Proficiency Test:
The candidates applying for the position of LBO of a particular state, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in any one of the specified local languages of that State as mentioned in this notification. Candidates shortlisted through the online written test will have to appear in the local proficiency test, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for personal interview and thus their candidature will not be considered for further selection process.
Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

iii)Interview:
The venue and date of personal interview will be decided and informed in due course to the applicants who have qualified the written examination. The interview shall be of 100 marks, minimum qualifying mark shall be 40 while for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories; minimum qualifying mark shall be 35.
The weightage (ratio) for Online Test and interview shall be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination and Interview.

A candidate should qualify both in the Online Exam and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for selection. Selection will be made from the top ranked candidates in merit list prepared on state-wise and category-wise. Final Selection will be subject to Qualifying in test of specified local language, where applicable, as detailed above.

Salary for UCO Bank LBO Recruitment 2025 

Presently, the starting basic pay is Rs.48480/- in the scale of 48480- 2000/7- 62480- 2340/2- 67160- 2680/7- 85920applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus one increment for each completed year of service rendered in officer cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank as on 01.12.2022. However, maximum advance increment has been capped at 2 (two), irrespective of the duration of experience gained in previous employment. PHASE I – Preliminary Exam

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

PHASE II – Mains Exam

Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after completion of the Objective Test

(i) Objective Test: The objective test of 3 hours duration consists of 4 Sections for total 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.

Phase – III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercises (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)

Category wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Main Examination. Candidates numbering up to 3 times (approximately) of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Group Exercise & Interview from the top of the merit list subject to a candidate scoring minimum qualifying score in aggregate

Psychometric Test:
The Bank will conduct Psychometric test for personality profiling, of those candidates who will be shortlisted for PhaseIII. Finding of the test may be placed before the Interview panel for having a thorough perspective on the candidates.

Final Selection:-

Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in Objective Test and Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in GE & Interview (Phase-III) for preparing the final merit list. The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.

Marks secured by the candidates in the Main Examination (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Main Examination and Group Exercises & Interview out of 100. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Salary for SBI PO Recruitment 2025-

Presently, the starting basic pay is Rs.48480/– , The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

The total compensation per annum on CTC basis  Rs.18.67 lacs in the metro city like Mumbai.
