Eligibility for National Insurance Recruitment 2024-
Age Limit :-
21 to 30 years
Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Age relaxation for PwBD & Ex-servicemen as per government norms,
Educational Qualification :-
Generalist – Graduation with 60% ( 55% for SC/ST/PWD) from any recognised university or institute.
Specialist( Doctor/Legal/Acturial/Finance/IT/ Automobile/Rajbhasha)-
MBBS/LLB//M.Sc(stat)/CA/BE/BTech/MA(Hindi) with at least 60%

Selection Process for National Insurance Recruitment 2024
Phase I – Preliminary Examination
Preliminary examination consisting of objective test for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections as follows.

Phase II – Mains Examination
Main examination will consist of objective tests for 200 marks and descriptive test for 30 marks. Both the objective and descriptive test will be online. Candidates will have to answer descriptive test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of objective test, descriptive test will be administered.
- Objective Test:- The Objective test of 2 duration consists of 5 sections (Generalist) and 6 sections (Specialists) for total 250 marks with additional section will be related to knowledge of the specialist field.

Phase III – Interview
Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of phase –II will subsequently called for an Interview to be conducted by the company, up to the three times no of vacancies of respective stream/category. Interview will be conducted at selected centres. The Weightage (ratio) of online examination and interview will be 75:25 respectively.
Final Selection :- Final Selection will be based on consolidated marks of mains examination (Objective test )& Interview.
Salary for National Insurance Recruitment 2024
The starting Basic pay would be Rs. 50,925 /- in the scale of Rs.50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and such other allowances as may be admissible under the rules in force from time to time in the company. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 85,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension scheme governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment. The Officers are also entitled for Company’s / leased accommodation as per norms.
