EPFO Recruitment 2023 is out..!! Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)(Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India) invites online applications from eligible candidates who must be Indian Citizens for selection and appointment as Assistants and stenographers.

Post – Social Security Assistant and Stenographer

Eligibility for EPFO Recruitment 2023 –

Age Limit –

18 to 27 years

(3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 years relaxation for SC /ST candidates.)

Upto 10 years relaxation for PWD & Ex-servicemen candidates.

Educational Qualification-

Social Security Assistant  – Should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

and Typing speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi

Stenographer – 12 th Pass and need to pass the skill test

Selection Process for EPFO Recruitment 2023 –

Selection  will be done through a two tiered process and subsequent Prerecruitment Medical examination.

Phase-I:  Examination: Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. The test will be different for Social Security assistant and Stenographer posts, and it will primarily focus on General Awareness, English Language and General Aptitude and Computer Awareness.

Phase II -Computer Skill Test – Candidates will be required to appear for the Skill Test to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. There will be different Skill test for Social Security Assistant and Stenographer posts. Please refer to the notification for more details.

Salary  for EPFO Recruitment 2023 –

Level-4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) (Gr. ’C’) with Entry Pay  Rs 25,500/- for Stenographer and Rs.29,200 for Social Security Assistant under 7thPay Commission). In addition to Pay they will also be eligible allowances as per rules in force from time to time.
