Indian Air Force Recruitment notification 2020 is out..!!! Online applications are invited from eligible unmarried men & women for the recruitment of officers in technical and non-technical branches.

Post :-  Officer ( Flying Branch ) & Officer ( Ground Duty- Technical & Non-Technical Branches)

Eligibility :-

Age Limit :-

Flying Branch – 20 to 24 years ( Candidate should be born between 2^nd January 1997 to 1^st January 2001 )

Ground Duty ( Technical & Non-Technical) –  20 to 26 years ( Candidate should be born between 2^nd January 1995 to 1^st January 2001 )

Educational Qualification :-

Flying Branch  – Minimum of 60% marks each in Maths & Physics at 10+2 level & Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognised University who have attained minimum 60% marks or equivalent OR BE/B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

Ground Duty ( Technical) –BE/BTech in (Mechanical/Electronics/Aeronautical or related streams) from a recognised university with 60% marks or equivalent

Ground Duty ( Non Technical)- Graduate Degree (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognised university with 60% marks or equivalent

No fees for NCC Special Entry candidates

Selection Procedure-

Selection process mainly consists of 3 stages

Stage I – AFCAT ( Air Force Common Admission Test) or special entry for NCC candidates

Stage II – Intelligence test, Picture perception test & Psychological tests.

Stage III – Medical Test & Physical Standard test

Training & Emoluments- 

Training will start from January 2021. Training period will vary from 52 weeks to 74 weeks depending on technical or non technical post. Candidates will be given stipend of Rs.56000 per month during last one year of training.  Different government allowances will be available after that as per government norms of 7^th Pay Commission.
