HEC Ltd, established in the year 1958 is one of the largest Engineering Complex in India. It manufactures and supplies capital equipment, machines and renders turnkey project execution services required for the core sector industries. It has complete manufacturing set up including casting & forging, fabrication, machining, assembly and testing- all at one location backed by a strong design- engineering and technology team.

 

Post – Three year training program as Non-executive Trainee

No of Posts – 150

Eligibility Criteria – 

1.Age limit –  Upto 28 years

SC, ST candidates will be given relaxation in age limit for 5 years and OBC (NCL) Candidates will be given 3 years relaxation in age limit. For Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates, it is as per Govt. guidelines

2. Educational Qualification –

ITI Trainee- (65 posts) – Fitter / welder/turner/ machinist/ RCC/Moulder/Forger /electrician

10^th + ITI in relevant trade

Diploma Engineering Trainee ( 55 posts )- Mechanical /Tool and die making / Civil / Metallurgy / Foundry / Chemical / Electrical

Diploma in engineering in relevant field

IT Trainee – B.Tech in IT / MCA or equivalent qualification with minimum 55 %

Personnel Trainee & Finance Trainee – MBA / PGDM or equivalent in HR or Finance with minimum 55%

Selection Process–

Selection will be on the basis of written test on all India basis followed by Trade Test/Task Observation Test/Aptitude Test of the selected candidates on the basis of their performance in the written test in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of Vacancies or as near as to that.

Merit List shall be prepared by assigning a weightage of 30% for written test marks and 70% for by Trade Test/Task Observation Test/ Aptitude Test marks of the short listed candidates.
