Eligibility Criteria :-
Educational Qualification – 10/equivalent + Typing & Shorthand, degree in Law/ equivalent + relevant experience
Post Wise Eligibility :-
Assistant Legal Advisor :- The Candidate should be a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or its equivalent from a recognized University under UGC;
Experience:- Possess practical experience as advocate in the High Court or City Civil Court or Subordinate Court thereto for a period of not less than 7 years; Or Experience of working as responsible position in any of the offices of the State Government /Semi Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Corporations for not less than 7 years; Candidate should have good experience of drafting, MoU’s, conveyance, litigation work and legal advice etc; Preference will be given to the candidate who possess experience in giving legal advice in MRTP Act and Land Acquisition matter.
Steno Typist :- Should have posses the Secondary School Certificate examination or its equivalent. Candidate should possess a speed not less than 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m.in typewriting.
Age Limit :- 38 years for Open category and 43 years for reserved Category. (No age limit for MMRDA employees)

Selection Procedure-
Eligible candidate will have to undergo a competitive examination of multipurpose for 85 marks & 15 marks for interview for the post of Assistant Legal Adviser and competitive examination of multipurpose for 120 marks & 15 marks for professional test for the post of Steno Typist. Shortlisted candidates will have to submit their Educational Documents.
